Wonderful place that worked perfectly for our extended family to stay while in Dayton celebrating our niece’s graduation. Faith was incredibly responsive and the home had all the amenities we needed not only to gather in, but also relax.

An excellent Airbnb, host was super friendly and responsive. Lots of room and wonderful decor. Would stay here again 100% Basic amenities were all provided, bathroom was well stocked and there was even a bit of food and drink. Plenty of parking on street.

Stayed for a wedding and my birthday weekend. The house was very clean, exactly like the pictures and the neighborhood was quiet. Tyrone was very pleasant to communicate with, 10/10 experience would definitely would stay again and recommend.

This was 5 star from top to bottom! I cannot say enough about how we enjoyed this house. We were in town for my daughter’s wedding and had lots of opportunity to compare with others about their Airbnb stays. Ours was the best!!! Loved everything about this house - beautifully updated with fabulous amenities and so many wonderful touches of history — the framed patents are the best! Beds, bathrooms, kitchen - all fantastic!! The location is super convenient especially for downtown, Carillon and UD. The neighborhood is lovely. A++++

Tiffany's home was just perfect for our extended family's weekend stay. The common areas were spacious and clutter-free, making it quite childproof for the little ones. The yard and patio were very nice, and there were plenty of nice seating areas. The large closets in a couple of the rooms were very nice, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. All in all a great place to stay.

This was a great spot we stay here the night before my wedding and it was perfect clean cozy and comfortable me and my bridesmaids loved it!

This place is a great stay. It’s clean and close to coffee shops/restaurants to checkout! It’s a perfect spot for any hospital workers as it’s close to Miami valley hospital.

Megan was a wonderful host and very responsive to messages. We enjoyed our stay. If you like to walk, bike or run, there’s a nice trail very close to the building. The neighborhood was quiet and we almost never heard another tenant in the building. Overall, it was a great experience.

Everything great, very friendly and helpful hosts, accommodating and flexible, very clean, very cozy. Only thing is, it was a little smaller than expected, definitely a smaller studio. But I could've not read carefully enough and missed that. But it was cozy and great for my romantic comfortable night with my partner for his birthday!! Great stay.

The studio was exceptionally clean. We enjoyed our visit very much. We had a slight glitch with the app and the ring entry system but could use our code to get in very easily. Jenn helped us understand how to get in with the code and so we never had an interruption with entry. We appreciated her help with us “not too savvy tech” folks. I recommend this for any length of stay. Very clean and quiet.

Te’Jal was an absolutely wonderful host and we really enjoyed staying in her property. It was clean, private, quiet, and comfortable. I’d highly recommend it and would stay there the next time I’m in Dayton!

Surprisingly great deal for the space. Zaiquez was very responsive and answered questions before I could even get a chance to ask them. All the reviews said this unit was very clean which is one of the reasons I booked and they were all right. The airbnb was very clean and as advertised. It was perfect for what we needed for our short stay.

Great place, and as described. Perfectly clean, neat, attractive and uncluttered. Well-provisioned with the expected basics plus many thoughtful additions (e.g. blender, electric fireplace, and tower fans). Very peaceful in and out, even though in an apartment complex. Close to a supermarket, and easy access to highway into Dayton. Hosts were very responsive, nice and helpful. Would definitely stay at this townhouse again!

The unit was as advertised, absolutely loved the soaker tub and it was the Star of the unit. Beds were comfy and clean. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything you’d need to cook. Overall our stay was great and we would come back. Only negatives we had were the porch light was super dim and getting into the lock was challenging due to lighting, Steve assured he would fix asap. So it may be okay now. There was a slight smell in the living room but not unbearable. And since it’s on the Main Street traffic noise at night could be heard but also not terrible for us. We didn’t spend much time in the unit as we were visiting family so there issues were minor to us and for the price and location in proximity to the activities we had it was perfect. The host is very responsive so any issues you may have I’m sure they’ll correct.

Have stayed here before and would happily stay again. Great for 1 person or a couple. In a cute historic district that’s a short drive to some good Dayton eateries. Aspasia was very kind and went to turn the lights on when she found out my flight was delayed and I was coming in very late.

We stayed at Casey’s for 10 days while in the Dayton area for training at 4 Paws for Ability for our daughter’s service dog. It was all we needed and more. Comfortable convenient and appointed with all we needed to be away from home for almost 2 weeks! Nice walking paths around the complex and neighborhood with the Greene just 2 miles away with plenty of places to eat or shop.

Loved the beach house. Came here to attend a horse show at world equestrian center. The location was so convenient, but the house itself was so tastefully and thoughtfully decorated, it was a relaxing pleasure to enjoy. The home is wonderfully stocked with everything you might need, recently updated. Very clean and very, very comfy. Would definitely stay here again. It’s on my favorite favorites list!

Terry’s place is wonderfully comfortable and inviting!! We instantly felt at home and relaxed! From the well appointed kitchen to the comfortable mattress and blow up mattress already ready for our daughter, Terry’s place was a perfect stop over on our trip East to PA!
