Had a great 2 week stay here. This space felt pristine like a hotel room but also had all the amenities of a living space including a fully equipped kitchen, spacious closet, a small dining table, work station, and distinct living zones. The host was very responsive and was professional in all my interactions. I appreciated the consistent communication. The two beds make it possible for a small family to live here. The location is very close to the university medical center , children’s hospital, the zoo and more. It is also a few minutes away from downtown. Be aware that Parking is limited but it is very easy to park on the street directly across from the building..

Troy’s place was conveniently located in the middle of downtown Washington Court House, Ohio. Worked out perfectly for us during our time visiting Fayette County.

Great place to stay. Wonderful view from the roof patio. Right near the river and in between the two stadiums. The apartment was very well decorated and felt very comfortable to stay in. Celeste was a great communicator with any questions that we had.

Great place in a great location. The space is exactly as described and is in a perfect location. We had a minor issue checking in but Aaron and team were extremely responsive during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Nest. We stayed for a month and it really felt like home. It was stocked with everything we needed for the month. Very comfortable and peaceful. The view is gorgeous too! Red Whale and Michele were so helpful and attentive- anytime we needed something or had a question they were right there with a quick answer. They even provided us with information about activities going on in Mount Adam’s. We highly recommend staying here!

I was a little apprehensive renting a room in a condo but I was welcomed the moment I arrived and felt at home right away...host gives you your space but is also there if you need her. Only thing that was not perfect... is the bed was too firm for my sleeping preference.

We really enjoyed our stay. The directions were crystal clear and accessible. Appreciated the parking. Unit was extremely clean and well cared for. Elevators were quick and easy. Would definitely stay again.

Three of us stayed comfortably for two weeks while horse showing at WEC. The house was exactly as shown in the listing and conveniently located for our needs. We appreciated how clean everything was. There were plenty of fluffy towels provided as well as a great washer and dryer. Mark was super nice and checked on us periodically to make sure everything was going okay. Thank you for making it a great experience!

Everything went as smoothly as possible. Amy was excellent at her communication. The frequent emails with information was very useful. The house is located in a very nice neighborhood. The house was extremely clean and exactly as pictured. Would definitely consider staying there again if traveling to the Hamilton area again.

Jennifer was a fantastic host and her home was ideal for our trip to Cincinnati. You are right in the heart of everything you want in OTR but with all the touches of home included. We appreciated the spacious home, stylish decor, off-street (garage) parking, in-house treadmill (to walk off the Graeter’s) and so much more. 5 ⭐️

The place was very quaint & clean. We loved the small town feel & the restaurants were really good! The beds were comfortable & kitchen had all the stuff you needed for a great stay! We really enjoyed ourselves & look forward to staying again when we’re back in town.

Wildflower Retreat was a great choice for us - especially 4 bedrooms with at least a queen bed in each room (plus a bunk bed in one of the bedrooms). A very cozy, old farmhouse not more than 3-4 minutes from campus. It was very clean, and had some neat features--a workout room with some interesting historical photos on the wall. It also had some nice touches, like the china plates displayed in the dining room. My group had returned to Miami U. for an alumni event, and we unanimously agreed that we would not hesitate to stay at Wildflower Retreat on our next visit.

Loved this area. Oakley is the best place to stay at. I have a dog so it was so nice to walk the area without being scared. Easy to get to UC and right near stores, gyms can Starbucks and the highway. I felt right at home the minute I got there. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND staying here. It’s so worth it, especially if you aren’t from the area.

I stayed here for 3 weeks while moving from out of state. I'm so happy I booked this house, it was extremely cozy and comfortable while everything else felt chaotic! I felt very safe walking around the neighborhood with my dog, even during the evening. The neighbors across the street were friendly and welcoming, which was a nice bonus. The kitchen had just about everything you needed, and plenty of linens and blankets were provided. Bryson was quick to respond, although we truly didn't need anything as it was all already there!

The house was in a great location, check in was super easy, Mara was very attentive and it had everything we needed! I would definitely stay here again!
