Vacation rentals with lake access in Dartford District

What a fabulous couple of days we have had at Aimee's place! Aimee was wonderful to deal with, answering any questions in super quick time and so very friendly on meeting us. Such a unique place to stay - absolutely love the way Aimee has done her beautiful home up - we felt so comfy and so enjoyed the boat trips, visits from the gorgeous geese and swans, cats and meeting lovely Bob next door. We felt gutted that we only had a couple of days of our trip left - as would have loved to stay longer and explore more of the area. How lucky are we that Aimee shares her adorable place with us!!! Vaida's place was as described. It was very clean, well furnished and quiet. Check-in was a breeze. Vaida was very responsive and turned around any request for assistance very quickly.. We felt right at home. The house is close to the Excel and London City Airport. I will stay here again and definitely recommend it to others.

Our family of three had an exceptional stay at Lynn’s. The location next to Regent’s Park AND minutes walk to Baker Street stop ideal. The Mews is so quiet you would never know you were staying in Central London. Lynn communicated all our need to knows and quickly responded to queries. It is a home away from home and will book again. Highly recommend!

A beautiful apartment in a great location. Bernadette was responsive and went over and above in accommodating my early flight arrival and late departure. The apartment had guests departing on my arrival but Leanne still managed to have it cleaned and ready for me to check in (early), thank you. If you are looking for a place that is literally 45mins from London (by train, station across the road), 5mins walk to Leigh Broadway with its shops and restaurants, and all the creature comforts of home, this is your place to stay.

This home and host is a little hidden gem of west mersea. The house is impeccably clean and cosy and honestly felt like home from home I slept well all 3 nights which is rare for me when away from home. The home has just about everything you could think of in it making life so much easier all round. Everything went smoothly thanks to Jayne who was very accommodating and helpful from the moment of booking until leaving. Would definitely want to stay again in the future. Thank you Jayne.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The house was absolutely perfect—spotlessly clean, thoughtfully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. I was especially touched by the extra care taken to prepare for my son’s stay: a high chair, cot bed, and even some lovely toys were all thoughtfully provided, which made a big difference for us as a family. The garden was a peaceful haven and perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or letting my little one play. The location is ideal for a longer stay, with easy access to nearby attractions for day trips—and even London is not too far away. Every detail in the home showed how much the host cares about the guests’ comfort. It truly felt like a home away from home. I’m so grateful for the warm hospitality and would love to come back again!

The home is exactly as the description and photos suggest. The location is a very peaceful and private location in a lovely area not far from an array of restaurants, takeaways and transport directly into London. The home is spacious, clean and all the amenities you could need. Phil is a great host and very responsive. Will certainly be staying there again.

FIve Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ PLUS Fabulous Communication and location. The apartment was very roomy, with everything we needed. Very clean. In a very quiet area. Only a few minutes walk to get the Thames Clipper Boat, Tube, Train and buses, so not long before we were seeing all the Iconic sights of London. Could not recommend more highly. Wish we had stayed here longer.

Mary's place is in great location with few minutes walk to DLR station. Surroundings looks quiet and peaceful with nice eateries and supermarket within 10 min walk. The heater was not working periodically and it took us few attempts with Mary to resolve the issue. But Mary was very nice and sent someone to check too.

Great cosy place to stay. Walking distance from town centre and local transport routes. The flat was fully stocked with bottled water, coffee, milk & biscuits which we really appreciated. Will definitely stay again next time we are in the area. PS Would definitely recommend the rainbow cafe for breakfast down the road also!

Amy is very kind, friendly, attentive and a quick responder. I felt very good in the flat. Very clean, bright, spacious with a great bed. Felt very cosy in the flat and there is also a big balcony with an open view. It is more of an industrial zone, but i liked the fact the view is not looking into some other block of flats, i cherished the view of the morning and evening sky. The grocery store is literally around the corner. You have two lines that you can use if you want to go to central London. Central line (Hanger lane-13min walk) and Piccadilly line (Park Royal station - 7min away) The area of a flat is peaceful.

We had a lovely stay in Hampstead Heath! Completely quiet neighbors, and the area is just perfect. Lots of flowers, nature, and dogs! It was very easy to use the local buses to get to the Underground. A Tesco grocery was literally across the street with a green grocer, butcher shop, and fishmonger on our block as well. The pub at the end of the street served perfect meals both nights. Laura's 2nd floor flat is very clean and has basic necessities with everything from shampoo to tinfoil plus plus all expected items like dishes, silverware, coffee, towels,?etc. Windows and sliding glass door opened easily for fresh air thru the apartment. This is a great place to stay if you want a more relaxed place to stay to London while still being super-close to everything downtown. Oh, bring comfy shoes, too, to wander the streets and hills of the Hampstead Heath! Thanks again, Laura!!!

Great place to stay in central London. Quiet and safe too. Very clean and the view across the waters to central London was jaw dropping.

The place was really nice and the urbistay team were so nice and helpful! We had some problems that lead us to arriving after the check-in time but they were so understanding and helped us check-in in another way! The apartment was also very clean and pretty!

Lovely cottage with beautiful walkable surroundings. Felt right at home.

Lovely, peaceful and cosy cottage with beautiful courtyard garden. Marion went out of her way to be friendly, helpful and generous - we had a wonderful stay!!

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in de mooie cottage van Mooi. Echt tot rust komen na de drukte in Londen City. Het huis is voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Wij hadden prachtig weer en dan is het heerlijk om in de tuin te ontbijten. Het bos naast de deur is een pre! Mooi is betrokken en goed bereikbaar als dat nodig is. We komen heel graag nog eens terug!

We had a lovely stay at the Cart, beautiful lakes and excellent fishing. The hosts were fantastic and there is a little cafe onsite. I would recommend staying here.

Lovely accomodation! Although we were only able to stay for a short while, we still had a lovely time. We thoroughly enjoyed the woodland walk (and so did our two chihuahuas). The property was immaculate too. Thank you!

We have enjoyed our third visit here and have continued to appreciate the tranquil surroundings and well-equipped home. We look forward to another return visit!

Henrietta’s cottage is definitely a hidden gem. We spent a weekend in this unique cottage and everything was perfect from the beginning to the end. The cottage is surrounded by beautiful scenery. You wake up to the bids chirping, and the whole place is so peaceful. We spent our days just chilling under the trees, lakeside and it was the best place to forget the big city. The cottage was clean, the bed comfy. We visited the castle gardens nearby and also walked to the next village, where is a lovely pub, The Milk House. We had a wonderful weekend with beautiful weather.
