The OCEAN VIEW ESCAPE is just over one mile (just a five minute drive) to our famous T-Street beach, dozens of other amazing beaches and the main pier area. Our property offers a sweeping ocean view from the main living areas and rear patio and it is a clean, understated getaway with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. It is a very private beach cottage style house with open beam ceilings, and a double car garage and is close to everything you could ever want in the beach village of San Clemente.

An outdoor patio features a fire pit surrounded by a cozy seating area with a plush sofa. Soft lighting is provided by hanging fixtures, while a large dining table offers ample seating. A gas grill is visible in the corner, enhancing the inviting space.
