Hotel vacation rentals in Dana Point

Stayed at the Broadlind Hotel in mid April 2022 with my boyfriend. Beautiful room and awesome location. Room specs: comfortable queen sized bed, a small desk, a five drawer dresser, kitchen area with a microwave, fridge, stove and oven and two full length mirrors in the main room. We had a corner unit so there was lots of light. No elevator in the building as an fyi for heavy luggage. It did get a little noisy at night because it's near restaurants and bars but it wasn't too bad. The communication with the host was excellent. Only thing we requested were extra towels and they were provided right away. No keys are needed - just access codes to enter the hotel and the room itself. There are washers and dryers on the second floor as well as an adorable common room and patio. There is a grocery store/market right across the street as well as plenty of coffee shops, bars and restaurants. Our favorite two local spots were the Blind Donkey (a bar and they have a few arcade games and a photo booth) and the Breakfast Bar for brunch. Another spot a little further is Rose Park on the Pine, 800 Pine Ave. It's a coffee shop during the day and serves dinner at night. If you like seafood, check if they are serving local shrimp from TransparentSea Shrimp Farm - delicious shrimp! Thank you Broadlind Hotel!

The unit at a somewhat aging but well-managed resort is nicely appointed and has one of the best ocean views in the complex. On the top floor, the unit has vaulted ceilings, with a lot of light pouring in. The beach is across a busy highway, but one can be on the beach in ten minutes. The resort has a kid's pool and an adult pool, and activities every day. Housekeeping refreshes the unit once a week. Catherine was a lovely host--friendly and communicative. I would consider booking this property again.

The host, Beth, is extremely responsive and a great communicator. She added my wife to the discussion so that we would both be informed. The Casita is great with easy parking and central in the resort. We would highly recommend for anyone looking to stay at Terranea as you have all of the resort amenities that you would receive by booking through the resort directly.

Rental was exactly as described. Michelle is upfront about everything you can expect for check in and charges and was quick to refund the cleaning fee. I will certainly think of Michelle for future travelling.

very nice small suite. Large bathroom, separate entrance way/kitchen area with stove, microwave and frig. It's on the first floow, right across from the excellent jacuzzi which I enjoyed. There is also a small pool very close. Joshua's listing has access to amenities. I looked at the gym which was fine. My wife had a very expensive one hour regular massage ($279!!!). We don't play golf, but there is a course right on the property. The room was very upscale with comfortable, classic furniture. Very quiet. Much better than a standard hotel room, but of course it should be for around 500/night. We had things to do, so we didn't take full advantage of the property. We wanted a comfortable room and that's what we got.

We had a wonderful stay at Priya's villa room! The resort is beautifully laid out and the room is right next to the lovely pool area overlooking the sea. It is very spacious and was perfectly clean when we arrived. Priya was quick and responsive in her messages too!

I highly recommend this place, decently going back soon, very clean and quiet place. exelente choice we made my small family and me . the ladies where awesome Kelly & Ana always there to help us on anything.

This was such a good find! If you are staying in LA to enjoy the beach and Venice in particular, this place is a gem. It is super cute, comfortable, and the rooms are pretty big. The pool and outdoor lounge areas are great amenities. They have bikes you can rent on site as well! All the staff we encountered were super friendly and helpful. We had a minor plumbing issue on our last morning there and the gentleman at the front desk was kind enough to waive our parking fee for the inconvenience.

Our stay was fantastic. Selena was great with communication and check in was a breeze. Selena’s place is in the Omni La Costa Resort and the amenities are great! We enjoyed the restaurants, pools, and hot tubs (having one immediately outside our room was amazing)! We never made it to golf or the spa but both are on the resort and looked fabulous. The resort is a perfect home base for any southern California location. I cannot recommend Selena’s place enough!

The Mosaic Hotel in Beverly Hills, first of all, was a great location. It is very walkable and there’s plenty of shops nearby to explore. My husband and I booked our stay very last minute and the host was very responsive, helpful, and friendly! You do receive a parking pass, which is awesome because you can come and go as you please. The room was probably one of the nicest hotel rooms we’ve stayed in. We loved the style of the room and thought it was very beautiful. Overall, it was an amazing stay and we would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful and brief overnight stay. The place was beautiful and we had ample space. The front desk clerk was helpful and provided restaurant recommendations (we were able to walk to a variety of restaurants). I hope we are able to stay again for a bit longer to enjoy all the nice amenities.

I stayed at the Saturn for about 12 nights due to work in the Los Angeles area. The rate matched my budget and the location was central to all the places I needed to be. The place is hidden behind a multi-story townhome and it was very private. I felt secure even coming back late night after work. It was clean and the management proactively sent me clean towels after a couple nights and continued to provide clean towels and sheets for me to change myself. One thing to be aware of is that street parking may take a little time to find sometimes and there are posted "No Parking" signs with the times on the streets for street cleaning, so look for parking signs when you park. Only one night I had to drive around bit to find parking a couple blocks away, otherwise it was not a big issues for me. I was driving a full sized SUV though. Overall it was great place for me to come back to after work and rest.

Andy's place was just as described. Access to laundry was especially appreciated. Clean, well-located, and ideal for our group.

I had an absolutely exceptional stay at this private condo connected to the La Costa Resort and Spa. The unit itself was spotless, beautifully furnished, and incredibly comfortable — offering the perfect blend of privacy and resort access. The location couldn’t be better, with beautiful surroundings and all the amenities of the resort just a short walk away. The owner was a true pleasure to work with: responsive, accommodating, and polite throughout the entire process. Every detail, from check-in to departure, was handled with care and professionalism. It’s clear that the owner takes great pride in offering a high-quality experience, and it absolutely shows. I would not hesitate to return and highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a luxurious and seamless getaway in the La Costa area.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, uncrowded, and the pool was fully operational. It provided a peaceful and relaxing environment, perfect for our family of four. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it. We look forward to returning soon.

Very easy to find and in a great area! The space was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it had everything we needed. My only tiny complaint was the parking… it was pretty difficult to find a spot we could park our car and not worry about getting a ticket

We had a great family vacation at the Oceanside Pier. The Wyndham resort has lots of great amenities and is new, clean and close to the beach, food and transit. We’d stay again!
