Rental is the First floor 4 bed, 2bath of duplex. Our family has enjoyed renting for 20 plus years as guest families enjoy beach house, sand toys, BBQ, patio and surf. Upstairs unit shares main/exterior entrance; guest have locked separate inner door. Thoughtful renters - no partiers please. 9 pm quiet. (SLP13141 - includes 10% City Resort Fee)

We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC in each room, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes.
