Mobility/access: guests will need to use several steps to reach the entrance. We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes. This unit was completely gutted and redone, so any reviews prior to May 2022 were about the older unit prior to the major remodel.
