Tropical Escape in the ❤️of Southern California

Home features three bedrooms. Master has a king bed and bath with glass block rain shower. Second and Third bedrooms have queen size beds. Living space has a full sized futon for a another couple if desired. Open kitchen, dining and granite bar seating all connected for cooking and entertaining. Or do it all outside at the built in Palapa with barbecue, fridge, television and seating for eight. Large rock pool and jacuzzi. Koi pond in the backyard is fenced for young guests. Guests ages 2 and under do not need to be counted in guest count. Entire house is yours during your stay. No pets, no parties and no additional visitors.

CITRUS COTTAGE Close to Chapman U & Disneyland

Citrus Cottage is a spacious stand-alone guest house in the heart of Old Towne Orange. It’s a great place for parents of Chapman students to stay while visiting their kids. Within walking distance to the Circle with so many great restaurants and bars that it makes it difficult to choose where to go. Unscented detergent and no plug in air fresheners are used. Plenty of parking is available. Close to Disneyland. Arrive to something refreshing in the refrigerator and wake up to hot coffee.

Perched on a hilltop with Amazing Views, Our place is walking distance from CSU of Fullerton and Fullerton Arboretum. We are located off the 57 fwy and a 20 min drive to Disneyland! It is a tiny cottage with modern amenities and although the cottage is detached from the main home, there is a cottage directly below, where you may hear noise if occupied. You may never see us, but available if needed. Enjoy a tranquil space with sounds of morning birds, outdoor fountains and a dog!
