I offer a nice small but functional and cozy furnished apartment with double bed 1.60 x 2.0 m, kitchenette with electric plate (induction), coffee machine, large Refrigerator, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, microwave, toaster, direct-dial telephone, baby/crib additionally available on request, bathroom/toilet with walk-in shower, and wooden terrace - centrally and very quietly located. Note: the "tourist tax" is NOT included in the total price and is charged separately! €3.20 per person/night (possible increase in 2026)

Entspanne dich in diesem einmaligen Rifugio. Im Jahre 2020 total sanierte 2 1/2- Zimmerwohnung, deren Interior Design komplett neu gestaltet wurde. Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

Apartment Bludenz - modern, quiet & office free

Very comfortable and well equipped apartment with Flat-TV, glass fibre WLAN and a large bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, etc.. The apartment is located in the basement (6 steps down but very light), south facing, sunny, quiet, with separate entrance for undisturbed privacy. The apartment has a garden/playground of 1.000 m2 where children, dogs and adults feel at home far away from the traffic. Free access to our Co-working office in the neighbour house.

Please note: Final cleaning is not included in the price. It costs EUR 50, which must be deposited in cash in the apartment upon departure. Bed linen, hand and dish towels and toilet paper must be brought (Alternatively, bed linen and towels can be rented at the hotel at an extra cost). We offer our 1-room apartment in Mittelberg. The Kleinwalsertal offers beautiful hiking trails in summer, in winter it is a snow paradise for winter sports enthusiasts and families.

The flat shares the use of the common facilities with the other flats in the house : Sauna, Gym, off-street Parking, breakfast lounge, Garden and Ski-Room. Breakfast can be booked separately.

Cozy 1-room apartment on 34m² in the climatic health resort Obermaiselstein - the ideal starting point for various activities and excursions in the Allgäu. Our ground floor apartment consists of a living room and bedroom with a real double bed, an open kitchen, as well as a bathroom with shower/toilet. The terrace offers a beautiful mountain view. Wi-Fi and parking are available free of charge.

Het appartement biedt slaapplaats aan maximaal 4 personen. Het balkon biedt prachtig uitzicht op de bergen. Gasten mogen gratis gebruik maken van het (binnen) zwembad en sauna. Er is gratis parkeerplaats voor gasten beschikbaar. Uiteraard is er gratis WIFI. In de periode mei t/m november mogen onze gasten tevens gratis onbeperkt gebruik maken van alle gondels en liften.
