Great little feel-good house with cool furniture and wonderful views!

We were a group of eight and were able to use the apartment superbly for a hiking weekend and cozy get-together

The house is super nice, cozy, clean and totally stylishly furnished. The beds were lovingly made and a blanket was even provided for our dog. The view of the mountains contributes to this great impression and last but not least the incredibly nice contact with the landlords. Thanks to the great, pictorial and detailed instructions in advance, we were able to find the parking space and the house well on our arrival in the late evening. The village itself is totally cute, idyllic and romantic, located between small vineyards. The narrow streets and alleys and also the sweet houses contribute to this special flair, which requires a little driving skills with the car to get through the village without damage. In any case, we were very enthusiastic and would be happy to come back if we are in the area again.

Absolute enthusiasm. I have fallen in love, the house is a force. Andri has carefully planned the renovation down to the last detail and did not save anything. A privilege that Andri rents out his house. I hope he will do this for a long time. The materials, the architecture, the furnishings, everything at its best. Even the sauna is designed. Everything is as beautiful as pictured. In addition, the history of the house in this beautiful village. Andri and his parents are extremely likeable, we felt very welcome. We, our sons and their friends who were there, were all thrilled and really appreciated staying so nice. The snow conditions in Scuol were still very good at the beginning of March despite high day temperatures, even the dream slope to Sent. You can drive to nearby Ftan, where you have access to the entire ski resort. Many thanks to Andri and his parents. Looking forward to the next stay.

Right from the start, Janin was "eating good cherries"😁 - consistently likeable communication, helpful and generously accommodating when it comes to pre-check-in and very late checkout 🫶🏻 The house has everything and more we needed for a nice family weekend! The location is ideally suited for hikes from the house. We come back to everyday life

We spent our annual girls weekend in the HUS and were able to enjoy it to the fullest. The house is beautiful, very stylishly furnished and leaves nothing to be desired (from the fireplace to the barbecue) . Communication went smoothly and the area is also a dream come true for those who like to hike! We would definitely book again!

Pros: This place is beautiful. It's exactly like the pictures. It was very relaxing and enjoyable. Cons: The google map directions took us down a bike path that we were clearly not supposed to be on and that path dead ended so we couldn't get through. We had to back up and navigate our way back up to the main road and disregard the map directions and figure it out another way. The real road/bike path that did allow us to get to the house was filled with bikers who seemed angry that we were on the path in the first place even though there was no other way to get to the carport. So, that was stressful every time we had to leave or return. Aside from that this place is wonderful. We highly recommend it!

We stayed for 4 nights and felt very comfortable. Very friendly and dear hosts. It is mega nice. Away from the hustle and bustle, beautifully located and everything you need is there, from drinks, to coffee, spices, bathing items.....etc. Even treats for the dog. We will be happy to come back.

We (two people and a dog) had a great time in the place. Joachim was very easy to reach and very friendly and helpful. He even provided us with firewood before arrival because it was rainy and cool. Really good: The kitchen is very well equipped. There was also a flock of sheep right by the farm. So we had a very nice stay.

The house, the surroundings, the fountain in front of the house and the interior of the apartment with arven furniture is really very nice. Thanks for providing this beautiful apartment

Everything went great. We'll be very happy to come back. Beautifully furnished, there was nothing missing. Bernadette and family are very nice and straightforward. We had a brilliant time. Some mini-deficit: We are very tall, in the living-dining room we had to keep ducking our heads. But that's how it always is with us. And living in such an old farmhouse with this style makes it worthwhile.

We felt super comfortable. The location was perfect for our bike trips. The communication was always very friendly and fast. The place had everything we expected and left nothing to be desired. There's a lot of love in it. The big street in front of the house is relatively quiet at night and the windows are very well insulated, so no problem at all. We were very, very satisfied and would come back at any time and warmly recommend this place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Eric's apartment. The apartment is clean and very nicely located; it is super quiet and you have a great view of the mountains. Eric was a great host and had good tips for us. We highly recommend the place and definitely want to visit again.

The location, check-in and stay were perfect. Communication was easy and the answer to a question came immediately! This accommodation was a dream and I'm sure we'll be back. Thanks also for the later departure!

The villa is beautiful and was worth every penny for this price. We had a great time. Only the high additional amount for linens and the complicated smart home are to be criticized. A short briefing would certainly be useful here.
