The place is small and very cozy, the kitchen has enough utensils to prepare something to eat, ideal to be able to rest peacefully, best of all, the location, everything is close to the main places of the historic center, even walking, and the hosts are very friendly, attentive to everything at all times, incredible stay 🥺

This home exceeded our expectations. Everything is just like the photos posted in the listing and even better, to be honest. The house is very spacious and quite comfortable, the beds are comfortable and warm. Each space had what was necessary for its use. I thought the hot water bags we found when we arrived at the Airbnb were a very nice touch. Overall, I can highly recommend this airbnb for a stay in beautiful Cuenca! Maria Augusta was always attentive to my messages and quickly answered any questions, she is an excellent host! In addition, he gave us flexibility at check-in, which was quite convenient for us.

The apartment is very centrally located and many attractions are within walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. For 1 or 2 people, the apartment is definitely recommended, as the value for money is right.

I loved it, I would definitely stay in the suite again when I return to Cuenca! Juan Francisco is very friendly at all times.

Andres and his associate Jose' were very responsive and accommodating. the place is beautiful and loved the views from the terrace. location easy access to the historic district of Cuenca close to everything. had private parking in a secure garage which was a nice benefit.

We had a great stay at this apartment! It was clean, cozy, and just as described. The location was excellent, very close to the historic city center and right next to the University of Cuenca, with lots of cute cafés and local food spots nearby. Juan was very responsive and quickly helped us when we had a minor shower leak. Just a friendly note: if you rely on Wi-Fi for remote work, the connection can be a bit unstable for calls or large downloads, but it’s fine for basic use. Would definitely recommend!

Everything was fine with the place, the hosts were quite friendly but there was a strong smell of humidity, the duvet and small pillows were dirty, as was the bathroom sink, I had to take photos because in the house rules there are quite a few fines for quite a few things, a lot of noise from the neighbors and from outside.

Beautiful condo with tons of amenities. Great location in the historical center. Easy access to top restaurants, cafes, and attractions. Aaron was super helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. Check in/out was quick and simple. Very welcoming host. We felt at home instantly. Thanks so much for making our family celebration so memorable!

The apartment is new and was very clean, just like the photos. The location is good and the parking is very convenient. Communication with the owner was very good, and both check-in and check-out were simple. As a negative point, it is a bit noisy and cold because the openings are simple. It's also worth staying here and I highly recommend it.

This was by far one of the best airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at with the kindest host! Juan was helpful, responsive, and very kind to us and always was there when we needed him. The place itself is quiet, clean, orderly and has everything you need long term. I really enjoyed the stay and Juan was an excellent host! The kitchen was also well equipped.
