James is a great host..The living space was very comfortable and the building is well managed and maintained. The private outdoor veranda with a table and chairs provides a view of the malecon, the beach and the sea is really nice as well. He also put together a really good and very detailed "welcome folder" full of great suggestions, where to go and what to look out for.... very helpful. The custodian of the building Pedro was usually at the door entrance is a very nice man . I recommend and look forward to the next visit to Salinas and hope the apartment will be available again!

Lovely apartment on Chipipe beach. Of all the comforts: good bed, full kitchen, television, nice balcony. Good communication with the host, very helpful. He arranged for us to pick up and return the laundry. The gentlemen from the reception were also extremely accommodating and friendly, wanted to help with the jacuzzi if you indicated in advance! Surroundings were good, lots to do on the beach right in front of the door! Easy to walk during the day (20 minutes and you are at Salinas) in the evening we found it more pleasant by car. When you don't have that, it's $2 with the Uber.

José David was attentive at all times and was pending any requests. The house is in excellent condition, each room with its air conditioning and showers with hot water. I would definitely come back again.

Everything described matches reality, Ana María's house is spectacular, very spacious, very comfortable and everything is very clean, it has everything, Mrs. Gina's help was great. Highly recommended.

There was good communication from the start and quick response. The house was very nice, just like the photos, we loved the pool and being able to use the grill. My friends and I had a great time during our stay

The stay at Silvia's place was very relaxing and quiet, which was something I was looking for. The swimming pool and beach access are a definite plus to staying here. A large modern shopping mall and grocery store are about a ten minute walk from the building. The building staff was very helpful with the check-in process, and the guards were friendly and were helpful in calling a taxi when needed. The apartment itself was clean and functional. Only one air conditioner in a bedroom did not seem to function, but the other two worked fine when needed. I informed Silvia of the air conditioner and she was responsive about checking on it. In fact the the air was not needed that often, just during the hottest part of the day. In the evening the fans kept the place cool with the terrace door open to the ocean breeze, and the sound of the surf made for pleasant sleeping at night.

I would definitely go back to the same place, very friendly people, clean beach without many people, very comfortable, clean and well-equipped apartment. Highly recommended

We loved the location, the accessibility to the private beach and the amenities provided by the condominium made us enjoy our stay, the airbnb has a beautiful view, it is very quiet, you can sleep lulled by the sound of the waves of the sea, you can take good photos

It's a great place! My children were delighted and we really were able to rest; the apartment is just like the photos 😊
