I travel a lot and it’s rare to find a place where I could feel at home. It’s a perfect size place with a beautiful view. My host Mr. Salvador was very helpful and courteous. I’m looking forward on staying there again. Thank you again.

Andres and his associate Jose' were very responsive and accommodating. the place is beautiful and loved the views from the terrace. location easy access to the historic district of Cuenca close to everything. had private parking in a secure garage which was a nice benefit.

The apartment was accessible to restaurants, pharmacies, a spa/salon, an ATM and a convenience store. We couldn’t have imagined the beautiful view from every window. The apartment is full of light, and the modern amenities were outstanding. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was particularly useful, and the stove and refrigerator were premium quality.

An excellent place to stay, it has all the services, it is very comfortable and nice, it matches the description, beautiful to spend time with the family and enjoy the beautiful city of Cuenca ✨☺️

Amazing host! Even though my flight arrived late and I had a long drive from Guayaquil, he made sure check-in was smooth and stress-free. Communication was excellent throughout, very responsive and helpful with everything. The apartment was modern, clean, and had everything I needed to feel comfortable — perfect after long day of travel. I also appreciated the small touches like the complimentary tea, and the helpful recommendations nearby. When I accidentally left some personal items behind, he went above and beyond to coordinate getting them back to me quickly before I returned home. Truly great hospitality and kind. I’d definitely stay again and highly recommend to all my friends and family!!! Thanks again Patricio!

Personal welcome from a very friendly and helpful host. Gorgeous, clean, and comfortable independent apartment in easy walking distance of Cuenca old town. Well equipped for self-catering. There's a smart TV, good wifi, and a work space. Very comfortable bed. The host is on-site if help is needed.

The place is as shown in the photos: nice, cozy and very well kept. The cleanliness was impeccable and the decor has a special touch that makes it feel very comfortable. The area is quiet and safe, ideal to rest. The host was attentive and quick to respond to any inquiries. I would definitely come back and I highly recommend it!

Everything with my stay here was amazing! Maria is so lovely and very helpful. The apartment is compact and a great size with a kitchen that is equipped with everything you need. The apartment is brand new and very clean. It is right in the centre and the views of the cathedral from the room is incredible! I wish I could have stayed longer!

We had a great stay at this apartment! It was clean, cozy, and just as described. The location was excellent, very close to the historic city center and right next to the University of Cuenca, with lots of cute cafés and local food spots nearby. Juan was very responsive and quickly helped us when we had a minor shower leak. Just a friendly note: if you rely on Wi-Fi for remote work, the connection can be a bit unstable for calls or large downloads, but it’s fine for basic use. Would definitely recommend!

I loved my stay at this place. The building is stylish, with a recent renovation. Modern, but with a touch of the old. The apartment is very cool. I liked the big picture window in the living room with the view of the roof tops and the sky. I liked the two private terraces. I liked to watch the street from the front terrace and I liked to chill or soak up a little sunshine on the top terrace. The kitchen was compact, but just fine for me. The apartment had nice art on the wall, a kitchen with things to use, plenty of pillows, towels and linens. The washer/dryer worked well. The shower was great. Entrance to the building and apartment was easy. The location is awesome. I loved that it is on a happening street. The noise wasn't so bad with the double-paned windows on the front. I used a speaker with YouTube 10 hour ocean sounds while sleeping to mask any noise, and earplugs too on Friday and Saturdays. I hope to stay here again when I return to beautiful Cuenca.

The apartment is very centrally located and many attractions are within walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. For 1 or 2 people, the apartment is definitely recommended, as the value for money is right.

We visited Cuenca with my wife by a Surgeon. We didn't go tourism. We were 20 days…The apartment very well, comfortable and with all the necessary appliances. We really felt at home. But what I can highlight most is the assistance of its owner and administrators!! Attentive to every detail and concerned about our comfort !

First, Cuenca, a beautiful city, family, very friendly people. The accommodation is very nice, very clean, Paula is very friendly, without knowing her. The place is peaceful and quiet, the whole sector is the same, easy access to the challenge of the city

Rene is a great host, speaks English & Spanish perfectly, is very quick to respond to any questions. The 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment had everything we needed & has fantastic views of the city & mountains & wonderful air flow. The hot water works flawlessly, we loved having all stainless steel pots & kitchen is well stocked. It is the brightest apartment with lots of windows but still feels very private. I lived in Cuenca for 1.5 years and always wanted to try living in this area and now I know it would work well for me. The apartment is 2 short blocks from parque de la madre and just two more blocks to the superMaxi grocery store. This apartment is in the perfect location being only approximately eight blocks from parque Calderón and the main cathedral which you can see the domes from the apartment. There is absolutely no question in my mind that if I return to Cuenca that I would stay in Rene‘s apartment again. Thank you again Rene for being such a nice guy and a great host.

The apartment is located in a very good area, close to everything, there are restaurants and shops nearby and it is a quiet area away from the noise. It is very comfortable, the beds and facilities in general are comfortable and spacious, it has parking included and the host provides control to enter and exit at your convenience. It has a children's play area on the top floor that is very nice, however it needs cleaning. The apartment was also dirty, the floor, kitchen and bathrooms needed cleaning. Except for this, it is recommended for its location and the comfort it offers.
