It is a comfortable apartment on the ground floor, capacity 6 people is ideal if you have children or older adults. It has WiFi Netflix DIRECTV garage for one vehicle and electric doorman. Housing strategically located one block from the Remigio Crespo and 1 square from C-TRES Residential neighborhood but that in its surroundings has everything to make your stay perfect. We are just a 10-minute walk from the Historic Center. there is a sofa bed with mattress for the 6th person.

The hotel was very comfortable. The room was perfect with a spacious bed to sleep in comfort with our baby. Love me that they have dishes on the Magnolia restaurant menu that was delicious! Breakfast is a bit small for what we're used to eating. But they were so kind to give us an extra slice of scrambled eggs for our baby.

The Balcon Del Arte staff is very accommodating, friendly and professional. They don't leave anything out when it comes to making a stay "Best Ever" 24/7. I always looked forward to interacting with thier staff. They are a Delight and interesting as they are helpful. My accommodations were very comfortable. I like to cook and the kitchen had everything I needed and more. The location in the city has everything I needed with great places to eat for any budget. Of all the wonderful things I've mentioned I don't want to forget to mention the washer AND dryer and the High Pressure Hot water shower. You don't find a DREAM shower or dryer at many rentals/AirBnB's. I was here almost a month. I will stay longer next time. Very livable!

Had a great experience staying at the appartment. Marcelo greeted us and was very friendly and helpful, showing us around the city centre and giving us a short tour. The place is located very nicely, just a few minutes away from the bus stop which takes around 10 minutes or so to reach the town centre. The appartment itself is exactly as described. The rooms are very newly furnished, extremely spacious and clean. The shower was hot and had very good power. Wifi was also excellent. Thoroughly recommended!

The staff made me feel welcome and very much at home. They couldn't have been more friendly, helpful or accommodating. The food was tasty, fresh and healthy, and at reasonable prices. I was in luck and the visiting masseuse was available. If you have a chance to get a massage from Elvita, I highly recommend it. I will be staying here again.
