Guest will have private access on the first floor of this three story ocean view beach home in Virginia Beach, VA. The guest suite is separate from the main house. Two bedrooms with a queen bed in each room and one bathroom. In the entrance hallway there is a stacker washer dryer, refrigerator, microwave, sink next to refrigerator along with a gas grill outside. NOTE: There is no living room; however, there are chairs in the bedrooms. The true living room is the beach on the Atlantic Ocean :)

The Seaglass Cottage by the Bay is located in the charming & beautiful neighborhood of Ocean Park just a quick 5-10 minutes stroll to the Chesapeake Bay beach. Our vintage beach house from the 1940’s has been fully remodeled and decorated in local art and beach décor. There are beautiful live oaks on the property and 3 private parking spaces for you and some first-come-first-serve street parking in front of the house. Easy load in with a ramp into the house and a mudroom for all your beach toys.

Come enjoy everything Virginia Beach has to offer. Our condo has all of the comforts of home and accommodates 4 adults or perfect for families. Bedroom has a king size bed and living room has sofa that pulls out into a full size sofa bed. TVs in both rooms. Charming 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath townhouse located 1 mile /20 min walk from the oceanfront. Close enough to the oceanfront to enjoy it but also tucked away from all the hustle and bustle. There are several restaurants and a brewery within walking distance. There are many parking options at the oceanfront or you can walk or pedal your way there on the 2 provided bicycles. All necessities stocked as well as many extras. 65 inch TV with Cox Cable Tv in the living room for relaxing after the beach.

Private Beach Access at The OV Beach House

Here at the OV Beach House, you have your own private access to the beach and STUNNING water views of the Chesapeake Bay. The sunrises and sunsets are incredible! My husband and I renovated the interior of the house this past year. We poured all of our love (and sweat) designing and crafting a home away from home with you in mind!! You'll find the kitchen stocked with all of the essentials. Towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner are all provided. Can accommodate up to 8 people.
