Me and my family loved our stay. The pool and hot tub was great and lots of fun, we didn’t expect how deep it was. The mini golf course is a good time as well. There was so much to enjoy at the house we barely had time to go to the beach. And the host and owner were extremely friendly, and helpful.

This was our second stay at this Airbnb and we were incredibly glad we decided to book again! The place is exactly as described, has all the beach supplies so you don’t need to pack it all, is just a quick walk to beach (awesome with kids), and the view can’t be beat. Heidi was an extremely responsive host who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was fantastic - you can tell her priority is the guest! My family of 5 plus a grandma enjoyed lazy mornings on the patio, taking in stunning sunsets over dinner, and long days on the beach (bathroom breaks back at the house are a snap due to the close proximity). The outdoor shower with warm water is especially helpful with kids! We will be back at least twice this upcoming year. Thanks for another great stay!

I can’t begin to describe our recent visit!! We stayed from Sunday 6-1 to Thursday 6-5. My husband and I had our 10 year old daughter and 3 of her best friends along w our 3 small furry babies. The house is “nestled” on a sweet friendly street. The house lake view SURROUNDS the house along with the outside balcony. It was beautiful to see the ducks and various birds every day. The house was extremely clean! I didn’t have to do any cleaning before we unpacked. The garage had everything!!! Bikes, beach stuff along w anything u can think of. There was plenty of outside sitting areas with a private outside shower. I used it!! Water was nice! The beach was literally a 10 mins walk! We rode the bikes and walked to the beach, a couple of times a day. The boardwalk is very dog friendly so we were able to bring them. The pier from the boardwalk has people fishing. I rode 1 of the bikes around the every day! W have been using Airbnb for years and this was the best experience! Bob is the best ❤️

Tricia was responsive and very accommodating. It was a pleasure and a breeze to stay at her space. It was clean and stocked with all baby amenities like toys crib and highchair. It was close to the beach and to many attractions.

We were more than impressed with the place. It was so comfortable, so clean, so beautiful. Lots of places in the house to hangout outside. The walk to the beach is so short. The street that the house is on has a lot of places of entertainment, shopping, and food. Yun was always available if I needed anything and her instructions were clear and she was so kind. If I go back to Virginia Beach, I will definitely be looking for her place again.

Mark is a great host. The house is immaculate. Every little detail is perfect. By far the nicest AirBNB I have ever rented. Mark made sure everything was perfect for our visit with our son in the Navy.

This place was perfect and became available at the right time. I had been looking for weeks for a beach location and just when I lost hope, this place showed up. We were beyond pleased to stay at Thomas Tree House. I would certainly return and share with others. Definitely would return!

In town to coach a softball tournament, walked to a great local restaurant (Hot Tuna) on the first night and heard a great band. Drove about 10 minutes to Chick’s Beach on night 2 to another great restaurant

Our stay here was fantastic! Very close to the beach which you can walk to, and only a short drive away from the waterfront that has great restaurants and lots to do! The place itself was clean, quiet and the perfect size for 2 people. If you’re looking for something with great amenities for the size, and in a great location this is it!

We had a great time! The host was very helpful during check-in. The place is very cozy and 10min from the beach. The neighbors were friendly too.

My partner and I stayed for a week. He worked for a few days during the week we were there and was comfortable using the desk. We especially like the simple but very functional small kitchen. We also liked having two rooms with a door between them due to his work schedule. The neighborhood feels safe and is very close to the river with a great view of Norfolk. We walked to the ferry, walked downtown to eat, good antique stores and interesting beer nearby. Peaceful, quiet and a very comfortable bed!

The apartment was just as pictured. It was neat and clean upon arrival. The location was great and there was so much to do.

My husband and I visited Steff's AirBnB on our Honeymoon and were beyond pleased! She provided so much for her guests, including eggs and bacon for breakfast!! Her space was so clean and welcoming. It was the perfect, quiet spot for us. I found the bed to be a little too firm for my personal taste, but I still got a decent enough night sleep and I will absolutely be back if we come down to Williamsburg again. The backyard was so adorable and peaceful! I only wish the weather would have been better to enjoy the fire pit and smores kit!! Thank you Steff for having us!

We loved our stay at Jule’s place. She was incredibly helpful with local recommendations and perfect communication. Her spot was well located for our visit to False Cape State Park. Would absolutely stay here again!

Lovely carriage house on large and private property, very quiet and peaceful. Nikki's home is elegant and delightful. When we arrived it was set up for our arrival with the most romantic and dreamy lighting with music, my husband and I were both delighted!! The apartment style carriage is well decorated with tasteful art and antiques. Nikki and her family were the perfects hosts, ensuring everything we (and our pups) needed during our extended stay. 100% would recommend to anyone traveling in the area, you will be well looked after by Nikki.

We had a lovely stay at Crystal’s while in town for a graduation. Crystal was proactive with directions, recommendations, and instructions, and she responded quickly to questions. The place was nicely decorated, and well-stocked with kitchen gadgets, beach chairs, games, and other necessities. This is a nice place for a getaway.

Frances’ condo was in a great location right at the end of the boardwalk. We were able to get up in the morning and walk to breakfast with multiple other restaurants within walking distance. The view of the pool and ocean was nice and the condo felt bright and sunny. There was one dedicated parking spot which was nice. Everything in the condo was clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!

Overall this a great find, close to the beach, nice pool, easy access. Kattia was very fast to respond and had some great suggestions. She left us water bottles and rain ponchos which thankfully we didn't need. We found the unit to be very clean and fresh and she has thought of everything. The only issue we had was the TV in the master would not connect to the wifi but we didn't really need it. Loved having access to the pool from the sliding door in the master bedroom. We met some of the other owners and they were all very nice. It was also nice to be so close to Harris Teeter.

We enjoyed staying at Kelly's place in VB. Its an ideal location for anyone who wants to stay right at the boardwalk. We witnessed amazing sunrises and moonrises. The ocean was right in front of us and from the 6th floor, the view was expansive. A lot of restaurants were also nearby. Kelly was always very communicative, polite and professional. The apartment was clean with the kitchen well stocked with utensils The bedrooms were of a pretty large size. And parking was on the premises. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and holiday for us. We strongly recommend Kelly's place.

Great condo and amazing view and location!

This was the perfect space for two people for a long weekend. The views were incredible and we loved having good restaurants within walking distance since we had our 4 month old baby with us.

We had such a great stay at this Airbnb—it was exactly as advertised and perfect for our family. The space was clean, cozy, and all instructions were clear and easy to follow. Kevin was helpful and responsive. We really appreciated the code entry to the main areas — it made us feel safe and secure in a busy area that we weren’t familiar. The pool was a huge bonus, and the beach toys provided were a nice added touch, especially with kids. The location truly couldn’t have been better—super walkable to the beach, grocery store, restaurants, shops, and lots of activities. On-site parking was a total win since parking in the area can be a challenge. We really enjoyed our time here and would absolutely love to stay again if we return. Highly recommend!

We have stayed at Randy's condo several times. The condo exceeded our expectations in every way. The pool is always a fantastic addition, providing us with a great opportunity to relax and unwind. The condo is well-maintained and clean. I appreciate Randy and his exceptional responsiveness throughout our stay. His prompt assistance and friendly demeanor were truly appreciated. We enjoyed our time there along with relaxing at the beach, watching the dolphins and the sunrise every morning. I highly recommend Randy's place and plan to stay there again.
