The entire house is separate and has one bedroom, full bathroom, living room and full kitchen. Beautiful rose garden and trees surrounding the porch. The cottage reminds me of the way coastal homes used to be: simple ; yet, thougthfully integrated into the environment. Our apartment is located on the first floor of our home, which is one of the only Solar Powered homes in the Outer Banks! Just a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short bike ride or drive to the sound, we have a perfect location which is close to everything. Our space includes the use of our outdoor shower and beach parking passes. We have a great yard for lounging, sun bathing or playing with dogs. Come and check out our "Cave" by the waves!
