South-facing terrace with unobstructed views of the surrounding countryside, ideal for enjoying the sun and al fresco dining. WARNING: no garden and no access to the swimming pool. Self-contained entrance. Portable air conditioning unit in the double bedroom and fans. The Drôme River is 800 meters away. Hiking trails start from the hamlet, and there's a cycling route along the river.

Relax and recharge your batteries in this pretty & quiet pied-à-terre, nestled in a 34,000 m2 site on the edge of the forest in the foothills of the Syncinal de Saou. From the swimming pool you have a beautiful view of the Drome valley. Enjoy the surroundings to hike, swim, read or rest. The 30m2 studio has a double bed in the living room and a single extra bed on the mezzanine accessible by a ladder. From the house you can directly access multiple beautiful hiking trails.

In the upper Livron, with cobblestone, narrow and steep streets, close to hiking trails and an associative grocery store with local products. We will welcome you upstairs of our house, with private access and the possibility of self check-in. The ground floor is our home, the interior staircase is communicating but partitioned and closed by a door. In the summer, we will share our terrace and pool under our large linden tree. We can store your luggage and bikes.

In the Drôme Provençale, on the edge of the charming village of Puy Saint Martin, "Chez Charles" welcomes you. Elegant detached house with private and heated pool, stunning views of the valley. You will have an equipped kitchen, a living area, a lounge area with a view, upstairs a master suite, XL shower, 160 cm bed, standard bedroom with shower and 2 twin beds. Beautiful wooden terrace around the pool, dining area under the awning, lounge area, deckchairs and BBQ.

Gîte des 3 Croix, la Répara-Auriples.

Whether you want to relax in a peaceful setting or discover the Saoû forest, the 3 Croix gîte is for you. At the foot of the Roche Colombe, in an area of 7 hectares, the cottage is integrated into a pretty stone house. After a walk in a beautiful oak forest still sheltering some remains of the Chatelard, you will reach the site of the 3 crosses, which gave its name to our cottage. From there, you will have breathtaking views of the Vercors and the Rhone Valley.

Independent accommodation of 50 m2, surrounded by nature. South-facing, with views of the forest, Vercors and Piégros Castle. You have a large terrace, an outdoor kitchen, and a garden to enjoy the outdoors. The accommodation is ideally located for starting walks and hikes. The Drôme River is a 5-minute drive away, to enjoy many swimming spots in summer. Our small village, Piégros-la-Clastre is 2 km away, where you can enjoy the bar/restaurant.

Charming 40 m² vacation home located in the village of Aouste-Sur-Sye, in the Drôme region. Refurbished in 2023, it is fully equipped for your comfort. It includes one bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, a TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. Enjoy the outdoors with the covered terrace and outdoor kitchen with sink, where you can enjoy your meals. Pets are welcome.

Nice spacious apartment with all amenities nearby. Close to the train station and shops, 7 minutes' walk from the Drôme River (for swimming, canoeing): it is ideally located. Crest is located a few kilometers from the Ramières Nature Reserve (where it is possible to observe beavers), the Vercors Nature Park, the Saou Synclinal... You will be amazed by the possible walks and hikes. This area is dynamic, both humanly and culturally.

This 95 m2 house was completely renovated ecologically in 2020. It is located 800 meters from the center. It is possible to shop on foot (beautiful organic and reasoned market on Tuesdays and Saturdays). The neighborhood is quiet. The garden is pleasant, and allows you to enjoy the shade of the mulberry plane tree to rest or eat. It is possible to quickly reach the Drôme, which is less than 750 meters away.

The studio is composed of a mini kitchen, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Our house is located on Crest (2.5 km from the city center) in a very quiet and green area. 20 min walk - 5 min by bike or car from the center… Because it's downhill…!!! Parking with trailer is no problem. Our swimming pool (in season) and deckchairs are available.
