Our gîte awaits you in a little piece of paradise, a preserved and quiet place. Guests can take advantage of private swimming, family-friendly activities (hiking, gentle path by the Eyrieux, aquatic hiking, canoeing, mountain biking tours from the vacation rental...). All the comforts of home: washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, oven, microwave, small freezer, gas barbecue, internet access. In the village 2 km away, grocery store, bakery, bar, restaurants.

Located on the banks of the Doux, nestled on 5 hectares of land, this old 17th century house, restored by an architect, will offer you more than a place to rest. Here time stops, we live to the rhythm of nature and the river. The apartment located on the ground floor is independent. It overlooks a terrace in the shade of a century-old lime tree, a few steps from a private swimming area. The house is located a few minutes walk from downtown Lamastre and its amenities.

The house is located in the heart of the village with shops, pharmacy and doctor's office, casino, restaurants, snack, bar, bookstore and organic producer store in the area. For activities you can enjoy the Drôme River located 50 m from the house with picnic areas, you can also rent canoes and vintage mopeds. For children, a sports complex 200 m from the house with soccer and basketball courts and for the little ones a playground.

Duplex in the heart of the Dioise countryside

Just 4 km from Die, this fully equipped cottage welcomes you for a peaceful vacation. The duplex is equipped with a bedroom, an open office in which I can add a mattress, a large comfortable living room kitchen where the sofa bed can accommodate two additional people. Bathroom, toilet and large garden. Bedding is provided, and all the kitchen essentials are there. Beds are made upon arrival. We look forward to welcoming you!

Water mill

You'll love this getaway in a magical and original place with river views and a private beach. The mill was renovated with poetry to promote an atmosphere of peace and sweetness. Perfect for experiencing a moment suspended in the cradles of nature's waves. This mill is also located right next to the greenway, the Dolce Via, perfect for wild walks or bike rides. The place is close to a small supermarket and markets in the area.

A very bright living space with a bay window overlooking the terrace that overlooks the river, a fully equipped and very functional integrated kitchen with everything you need to cook good meals.

Head in the clouds and feet in the water

Former agricultural building, this 75 m2 house has been completely renovated after 3 years of work (end of work July 2021) This renovation was done with great care, for a premium service. In each of the rooms the view is striking, charming or even aerial… It is a real little eagle's nest that dominates the village… but with your feet in the water… The Roanne River and its natural pools are a 5-minute walk away.

The two arches

My place is a village house, which has a staircase to access the floor and then after all the rooms are on one level however there are a few steps. The house has a separate kitchen from a large living room with a sofa bed, a room with a double bed and a bathroom. There is a small terrace. Our house is part of the history of the village, it represents the old Provencal houses. We added essential equipment.
