It includes a bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with shower and toilet, fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed, TV and Wi-Fi. Enjoy the outdoors with the covered terrace, outdoor kitchen with sink and beer tap, to enjoy your meals. Pets are allowed.

Charming studio in the heart of the village of Allex

Located in the Drôme, the studio is independent, on the ground floor of a stone house, facing a flowery and wooded garden. Bright in the afternoon, cool in summer, it is fully equipped with kitchenette and bar table. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and classic toilet. Two beds are available: a 120 x 200 cm bed in the bedroom and a 140 x 200 cm sofa bed in the main room.

Our house is located on Crest (2.5 km from the city center) in a very quiet and green area. 20 min walk - 5 min by bike or car from the center… Because it's downhill…!!! Parking with trailer is no problem. Our swimming pool (in season) and deckchairs are available.
