Our newly renovated holiday home with two apartments is located at 1300 m in the picturesque Walser village of Schmitten in the middle of Graubünden: The world-famous ski resorts of Davos, Lenzerheide and Savognin can be reached in 20 minutes each, St-Moritz can also be reached by the Albula cable car in 1 hour all year round. Schmitten is located on a sun terrace above the Landwasser Viaduct, the landmark of the Rhaetian Railway, in the "Park Ela," the largest natural park in Switzerland with unlimited leisure activities.

Cozy 3-room apartment

The apartment is located on the raised ground floor of a Walser house built in 1937 and was gently renovated in 2019. The charm of the 80s has been preserved and supplemented with elements of modern times. According to the traditional construction (family house), the house is not soundproof from the outside or the inside. This means that the roommates are occasionally (sometimes more, sometimes less) audible. Therefore, we ask the respective tenants to be considerate and to be a little quieter when dancing the waltz :)

4.5 charming rooms with a view - 500m to gondola

Our cozy apartment with fireplace has a fantastic view on the glacier and is in a quite corner of Klosters. The Gotschna Gondola is 7 walking minutes away, as are all the restaurants and shops. The 100m2 are set up to give a spacious feeling the the high ceiling (see the charming beams?) and the combined living and dining room. The 3 bedrooms allow even bigger families or you may want to take friends along. read details carefully: its on the 3rd floor & one bedroom is small (great for kids)

Small Paradise above the Walensee

A beautiful old countryside home, lovely furnished in a paradise-like setting. The house is perfect for people who are looking to get a break from the big, loud world or would like to discover the beautiful Swiss mountains by foot. If you are coming by public transport you will need to hike one hour on a very beautiful hiking path (Weesen - Quinten). If you decide to come by car you will only need to hike 15min from the parking lot to the house. We highly recommend to wear good hiking shoes.

Experience your mountain vacation in the newly renovated Chalet Berggeist, idyllically located in picturesque Serneus. Enjoy the sunny southern slope with unobstructed views of the imposing Gotschna mountain range. The Madrisa and Gotschna mountain railways can be reached in just 10 minutes thanks to a bus stop 50 meters away. After active days on slopes or hiking trails, relax on the sun terrace, in the wellness area with heated pool, hot tub and sauna or enjoy the mountain panorama.

Through large panoramic windows you can be tickled by the sun as you wake up and watch the moonlight in the evening with a glass of wine. Enjoy the breathtaking mountain panorama from every room, which you can only get with us! The "all inclusive" apartment for 2 to 6 people is integrated into our modern wooden construction. We look forward to the visits of new people as well as old friends and are available to all guests with advice and assistance in planning and implementing tours!

"Saas, where the sun shines longer" Located on a sunny slope, in the middle of Prättigau. Idyllic, quiet Walser settlement. From Landquart in twenty minutes to Saas. Twenty minutes to Davos. In between is Klosters with two ski resorts, Gotschna with connection to Parsenn. Madrisa on the sunny slope with toboggan run to Saas, almost at your doorstep. Mandatory from 12 years: tourist tax/guest card Klosters-Davos 5.40 pp/day (to be paid locally) entitles you to various discounts.

Chalet 150 sqm

Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Mountain Shack

The small and rustic tiny house is right in the heart of the Swiss Alps. The accommodation has two floors with a double bed, shower, and toilet on the second floor. The first floor offers a small kitchenette and space to eat. We are located about 7 minutes drive from Davos, in a peaceful and gorgeous setting. To get into Davos, the bus stops conveniently in front of our house, and will bring you back here regularily. Bus fare is included with guest cards.

The holiday home of a special kind! Do you also love beautiful old houses with creaking floorboards, thin walls and so incredibly much charm? Then it awaits you with an open, old door, as you rarely see it. Everywhere in and around Casa Grischina there are places to stay and stop. No TV distracts … forest, meadows, many streams, sophisticated hiking trails and silence on the mountain characterize this place. Quiet alpine peace - where the heart rises!

Idyllically located, modern, cozy studio with terrace in a prime location with stunning views. The train station, bus and mountain railways are within a five-minute walk. Whether winter or summer - you can benefit from the numerous leisure activities at any time of the year. Skiing and cross-country skiing in the cold season as well as hiking and mountain biking in summer. The nature and unique landscape invite you to linger and enjoy.

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
