Il casale è semplicemente un posto paradisiaco. Bellissima la struttura sia all'interno per le stanze, che all'esterno per gli spazi ampi e con vista mozzafiato. Giannina e suo marito ci hanno accolti e fatti sentire subito a casa, la figlia ha tenuto i contatti con noi per ogni esigenza. Vacanzina breve ma rilassante. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, cani compresi che hanno potuto scorrazzare ovunque. Posto veramente indimenticabile! ♥️

Geweldige vakantie gehad bij Villa Mariella! De villa's bevinden zich in een heel mooie, besloten omgeving, er is een prachtige goed onderhouden tuin en een fijne, schoone zwembad. De villa's zijn heel dichtbij het strand. De strand is tegen betaling maar je krijgt een vaste plek met een parasol en twee ligbedden. De strand is ook schoon en netjes. Het is ook heel fijn dat je gebruik kunt maken van de fietsen voor de gaten. Op de fiets maar ook te voet is het stadscentrum goed bereikbaar. De gastheren zijn heel aardig en beleefd. Heel fijne contact gehad.

The house is beautiful and unlike anything else. What made the experience amazing was one of the hosts, Daniela. Daniela greeted us upon check in, walked us around the house and went above and beyond and booked us a wine tour where he graciously translated everything in English during the entire experience. Daniela made the place feel like home and I couldn’t recommend him and the experience he provides more.

Accoglienza ottima, gradevole e simpatica da parte di Rosaria e Salvatore, ci hanno mostrato la casa e risposto a tutte le nostre domande aggiungendo informazioni utili alla nostra vacanza. Sempre disponibili, sono sicuramente un riferimento. Bella la casa ed ancora di più il giardino, ben curato, apprezzato molto anche dalle nostre cagnoline. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Abbiamo alloggiato in 13 presso la casa di Angelo, per il weekend del 2 giugno. La casa è molto bella, in una zona tranquilla, è molto spaziosa sia all interno che all esterno, con un patio e un giardino che offrono una bellissima vista. La piscina essendo fuori terra non è grandissima ma assolutamente funzionale per rifrescarsi mentre ci si gode il giardino, ed è stata molto sfruttata dalle 5 bambine del gruppo che si sono divertite moltissimo! Angelo è stato sempre disponibile e gentile nei nostri confronti, un ottimo host!

We loved our stay. The host was amazing, and the house had everything we needed. The internet was very fast and supported my work requirements back in the USA. The views are spectacular, and the property is very private. Thank you, Irene, and family. I especially appreciated your help in getting me my new computer charger after mine broke. Most GORGEOUS location, the view is exactly what it is and the cottage area is so cute. We were here for a wedding in a Cortona and it was the perfect setting. Definitely need a car for this area as well. Alessandra is very sweet and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend having breakfast or a meal outside to admire the view. There are bugs around but as goes for most of this region during the summer so highly recommend bug spray if you walk around outside. Our only note is the musty sheets but perhaps it was a quick change after the last guests.

Picture perfect! I felt that it was the best possible home for our stay. Alessandra was very nice to interact with. An incredible gem and we were very lucky that we stayed there.

Die Wohnung in einem ehemaligen Kloster ist geräumig und gemütlich. Monica hat uns herzlich empfangen und uns mit hilfreichen Tipps für den Besuch von Urbino und zu den lokalen Gegebenheiten versorgt. Das Haus in Alleinlage auf einem Hügel ist nur mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Frühstück für 2 Tage besteht aus Zwieback, Muffins und Kuchen (alles verpackt), Marmelade, Kaffeekapseln und verschiedene Sorten Teebeutel. Supermarkt in der Nähe, Küche gut ausgestattet. Das Bett auf der Galerie ist meiner Meinung nach für Kinder und ältere Menschen wegen einer steilen Stiege nicht sehr geeignet. Für uns hat es gut gepaßt, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Wunderschönes Haus in ruhiger Gegend. Wir hatten das Glück den Garten und den Pool für uns alleine zu haben, fantastisch. Alles wie beschrieben, wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke Fabiola!

Claudia ist eine sehr herzliche und immer ansprechbare Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns gute Tipps gegeben. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und super liebevoll eingerichtet. Zur Begrüßung haben wir einen leckeren Wein aus der Region erhalten und auch noch ein paar weitere Goodies wie süße Aufstriche, Nudeln mit Soße (damit niemand bei der Anreise hungrig bleibt) und auch noch Mineralwasser. Das hat uns sehr gefreut und wir haben uns super aufgehoben und willkommen gefühlt. Die Betten waren super und die Ausstattung hat nichts zu wünschen gelassen. Der Tischkicker wurde von uns nicht genutzt, ist aber natürlich eine tolles Extra, gerade für eine Gruppe oder Familie mit Kindern. Eine Einschränkung dafür, dass die Wohnung deutlich dunkler ist als auf den Fotos dargestellt und der Essplatz draußen war recht weit von der Wohnung entfernt und nutzbar für alle Anwohner der Anlage. Die Wohnung ist kühl - bei hohen Außentemperaturen willkommen. Die Anlage ist weitläufig und sehr gepflegt.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine chez Marco Valerio. Nous ne l'avons pas rencontré mais la communication a été très facile. Gaetano, son père, et Carla ont été très accueillants et à l'écoute pour rendre notre séjour très agréable. Nous sommes très heureux d'avoir fait leur connaissance et des échanges que nous avons eus avec eux. Logement bien situé dans le village de Mondolfo, spacieux, bien agencé avec une terrasse avec vue sur la campagne et la mer.

Adria and Giancarlo welcomed us helped us check in even we arrived late at night. They patiently showed us around the house and provided lots of must-visit places around. We felt just like at home. The house was spotless clean, cozy, and filled with thoughtful touches. It was better than the images showed. We had a wonderful stay. Just like the previous visitor's rate, 5 stars, no doubt!!! Strongly recommend to everyone would like to stay around.

Sergio was a very kind and helpful person. The apartment is small and basic but very clean and I was able to cook basic meals (there is a gas stove and a small grill type oven, which I didn't use). The kitchen equipment is basic but sufficient. The shower is excellent! the bed very comfortable. It is in a quiet and peaceful location. I had a great time and used it as a base to visit Fano, the seaside and the hills, all on my bike.

Soggiorno impeccabile. Pulizia della casa e spazi corrispondenti alle descrizioni e foto. Reattività dell’host davvero rapida. Indicazioni perfette. Consigli ben accetti (la pasticceria sotto casa davvero eccezionale, anche per una colazione salata). Mi dispiace solo non aver conosciuto personalmente Giacomo e Michela. Consiglierò questo appartamento ad amici e tornerò sicuramente. È raro “sentirsi a casa”.

we had a wonderful and relaxing time surrounded by magnificent landscape in Davids home. the cities close by were worth a trip to see the cultural influences of the region. The apartment was perfect for our family of four and we alll enjoyed some calm hours there and at the pool area. We will definately come again!

Gorgeous place, tastefully decorated with beautiful lighting and 5 star ambience. Gotti was kind enough to pick us up and drive us to the apartment due to the ZTL zone of the home. Still very convenient and walkable to the car and the historic area was quiet and tranquil. Best Airbnb we’ve had, just wish we stayed longer.

Oscar is a host worth of any recommendation. Always helpful and available Oscar made sure we feel at home at his place which is well equipped and super clean - literally spotless! Thank you Oscar!

Die Kommunikation mit Eleonora war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Ab Ankunft war Stefano unser Ansprechpartner, sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns das Apartment gezeigt, alle Besonderheiten erkärt, mit allem geholfen und war schnell ansprechbar, wenn es Probleme gab. Freitagnachmittag Ankunft, Internet/WiFi geht nicht. Zwar hat die Reparatur bis Montag, unserem Abreisetag, gedauert, aber Stefano hat sich darum gekümmert, trotz Wochenende. Wir fanden es sehr angenehm, einen persönlichen Kontakt zu haben. Das Apartment ist etwas ganz Besonderes. Klare Architektur, angenehme Farben, gute Ausstattung, gemütlich. Eigentlich ist es ganz nah zum Meer, aber es ist alles sehr zugebaut, Hotellerie und Gastronomie eroberten wohl in den letzten Jahren die Plätze. Mit Hund war leider kein Zugang zum Strand in der nahen Umgebung möglich, darum Autofahrt nach Pesaro und Fano. Danke an Stefano und Eleonora und alles Gute !

A beautiful peaceful apartment with a view of the Marche countryside and mountains. A short drive to the renaissance city of Urbino. Giovanni & Alessia we’re so kind and an absolute pleasure to meet.

This home is wonderful, a home away from home! I hated to leave after my month stay, it was the most comfortable and clean stay of my 3 months traveling. The village is quiet and the people are friendly, the bar Contini had the best coffee in the area and of course great cocktails. I also enjoyed participating in community events. I highly recommend!
