Strategically located 10 minutes by car from the beaches of Terracina and Sabaudia, just 2 km from the center of Borgo Hermada, supermarkets and the equestrian center of Borgo Hermada. The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Venere Suite

Suite Venere is located within the Villa Delle Capre resort specifically in the area of the village, Punta Rossa. The Suite can accommodate up to four guests and has an outdoor patio and a terrace overlooking the sea. Once in the resort you will be surrounded by greenery and you can enjoy the tranquility of the place and the magic of the sea accompanied by a wonderful view of the Pontine Islands. The use of the garden and the descent to the sea are at the risk and danger of the customer.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: THERE ISN’T WI-FI!!! Excellent position close to Naples (40 km) and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. The house is well illuminated and comfortable, with classy finishes. Is also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!

Casale Flora is 6 km from the coast, the Natural Park, where you will find 28 kilometers of sandy beach, equipped with wooden kiosks, umbrellas, deck chairs and even a lot of free beach.
