Absolutely amazing. Beautiful inside and the grounds were even better. I booked this for my mum 60th birthday and we all had an incredible time. All rooms were beautiful with a lovely kitchen too, even better the welcome pack they leave you. The wrap around veranda was the highlight for us, we spent most of the days on that with the hot tub, we were lucky enough to have good weather so we could really make the most of it. The fishing lake was lovely my partner fished and enjoyed it. The owner was always happy to answer any questions whenever I needed them. Thankyou so much.

Sarah and Aaron were great hosts. Extremely friendly and flexible , our kids loved chatting with them at the end of the driveway. They let our little boy fish in their big pond which he loved and chopped extra wood for me who loves their open fire and log burner in what is a lovely spacious house. Such a spacious and peaceful stay. Would absolutely recommend this air b&b and these hosts. No stress at all. Thank you

It's not often that a place exceeds your expectations, but this place certainly did, it is absolutely beautiful, everything about it was perfect, there were 8 of us staying here and each and everyone of us loved it. Marcus was lovely to deal with, he recommended a restaurant/pub for a Saturday lunch, "The Red Lion" in Debenham which was about an hours walk away and the food and service were exceptional. We had a fabulous weekend.

Wow! This house was amazing for our group of 18. We fit so comfortably - there were even a couple of rooms we didn't need! The grounds are beautiful and spacious, and the common areas were absolutely perfect for our large gatherings (which is where we spent most of our time!). The hot tub was a massive hit, and we have to mention the Raj Indian Ocean restaurant just five minutes away – the food was incredible. This was truly one of the best weekends ever, and the house and its fantastic spaces were key to that!

Amazing place - perfect for a family getaway!

Booked a long weekend away with my husband and two girls and had a wonderful time! I would 100% recommend Wakes Hall Lodges; the location is so peaceful (you wouldn’t even realise there are other lodges nearby!) lovely views as well. Check in was so easy and the lodge was spotless on arrival. The hot tub is a great feature and was so nice to relax in. Really spacious inside and comfy beds. I would recommend eating at the nearby Swan pub- food was great! Will definitely be looking to book again!

We loved our night's stay at the Hen House. We live locally and visit Parlour Cafe regularly (it's our fav local cafe and they do the yummiest food) We booked our stay to have some quality time together and it was perfect. Easy to access, hot tub was easy to book and there are some lovely walks locally. Host was easy to get hold of and lots of information sent up-front :)

We visited Jane’s cottage for a much needed, well overdue girls weekend without the kids. It was perfect for what we needed - peaceful and very private. Thanks Jane!

We stayed here as 5 adults and a baby, it was the absolutely perfect space for us. Sarah and Ed were great hosts with helpful recommendations and very responsive. Very quiet peaceful location only a short drive from many of Suffolk’s beauty spots. Highly recommend.

This was our second time in Lavenham and our second stay at Esther’s. The house is easy to find (parking outside the front door if available) and get access to. The house is clean, well furnished and had most, if not all of everything extra we wanted. Over the weekend that included a BBQ, fan, clothes horse and some biscuits! Esther is very responsive and accommodating, a great host.

A stunningly beautiful place!! Everything from inside to outside was just absolutely beautiful! Inside is decorated so lovely but we also felt right at home, equipped with everything you could possibly need for a little break! Location is great to explore other parts of Suffolk or equally just as beautiful to stay at the cottage and not venture far! The grounds are lovely to walk around as well as sitting out on the decking by the water which we loved!! Jacqui is a really friendly host, as well as everyone else we met, alongside her beautiful dogs! We felt incredibly safe as sometimes I feel uneasy staying in new places, and I slept so well! A lovely cabin in a beautiful setting with chickens and ducks all around. We loved playing cricket and the kids had a great time in the woods. The cabin itself was lovely - spacious and had everything you needed. The fresh bread and eggs was a lovely touch too. We struggled a little bit with streaming videos with the Wi-Fi - but otherwise a fabulous place. I’d recommend dinner at the Bell Inn down the road - dog friendly and lovely homemade food!

Very beautiful place very different quirky place to stay. Wounderful walking paths we walked our dog for a few hours seeing the nature as we went by Lots to see and do visited Jimmys farm lovey place to go with kids.

We had a great 3 night stay at Kingfisher Cottage. It's well equipped and so convenient for the river and all the amenities of the town centre. Everything is in walking distance and we had no problem finding street parking nearby. Abi was excellent to deal with - very quick to respond to messages and provided a useful information pack about the house and town.

This is a lovely quaint old cottage in peaceful surroundings. Very dog-friendly garden, the cottage was very clean, and surrounded by countryside walks.

We needed a base in Melton for a long weekend to attend a wedding. This accommodation was perfect for us both, and our two grown up ‘children’. The host gave clear instructions, and it was easy to find. It had everything listed, and more. Two en-suite bathrooms were perfect for us, and we could walk to the church in under 10 minutes. There was plenty of off road private parking too. The loveliest part was the warmth of welcome - a bottle of fizz, milk in the fridge, and nice biscuits. Julia gave us time to settle in and then came over to check we had all we needed. She was extremely friendly, kind and helpful and also gave us a flexible check-out time. We would strongly recommend this lovely coach house for a beautiful Suffolk get-away.

Accommodation: The caravan itself was spotless and well-equipped with all the modern amenities one could need. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and appliances, making it easy to prepare meals. The living area was cosy and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. Bonus did not need to take bed linen as the beds were made up Facilities: The park’s facilities were top-notch. The communal areas were clean and well-maintained, and the on-site shop had everything we needed. The kids loved the playground and the swimming pool, which were both safe and fun.

Jenny, I hope you like my review, we enjoyed our short holiday in your caravan. I think you will need to fix some of the furniture, like the wardrobe door in the double room. Otherwise everything was fine, thanks. Peter

Lovely place with great facilities and Wendy was so nice and welcoming.

Van is in one of the best spots for views and privacy. Very comfortable with everything you need close by. Another fab stay.

It was a nice place to enjoy the time with family. The caravan it’s small inside but very cozy, we was like it. Everything is very close what was good. If I would come back there again? 100% yes.

A fantastic lodge which had everything we needed for our stay and was spotlessly clean. Michelle was lovely and met us on arrival to explain everything. Would highly recommend.

The lodge is absolutely beautiful, and stunningly clean and well equipped. We had a very relaxing few days, enjoying the peaceful surroundings and the hot tub. Also ate at a couple of places recommended by Sarah & Marc and they were both excellent. Would definitely return!
