Modern, spacious, luxury one bedroom apartment built in 2018, located in very close proximity to Colchester North Station. The apartment has fob access to the secure car park, and fob access to building, offering a very safe environment. The apartment is fully furnished, with all essential appliances and cooking/ dining equipment, giving a home from home feel. Great for tourists or professionals as the location offers central access to colchester and surrounding areas. Redecorated in 2023.

This is a stand alone unit totally self contained with shower and toilet. Unlike garden rooms this unit has wheels and a tow bar. The (should I say) Shepherdess Hut as it was used by a small holder during lambing to be close to her flock. Not suitable for long stays. More details below in The Space. It is just a short walk to the University of Essex via Wivenhoe Public pathway. The the train station is also only 15 minute walk away through the Wivenhoe trail. Ideal for 1-2 guests, but a baby or small chid is welcome (providing that you bring your own travel cot & bedding with you).
