Katherine’s place is well-maintained and thoughtfully stocked with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. From toiletries and laundry essentials to an equipped kitchen, it truly feels like a home away from home. We especially loved enjoying our morning coffee on the peaceful backyard porch, surrounded by nature. The location is great—just a short drive from Nashville, close to grocery stores, and about two hours from Mammoth Cave National Park and other scenic spots. We highly recommend this place! Overall, a fantastic stay!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 I stayed here for one night and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The house was exceptionally clean, quiet, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for a short or long stay. Everything was just as described, and I had zero issues during my visit. If you’re passing through Clarksville or need a place to recharge, I highly recommend this spot. I would definitely stay here again!

The house was very quaint and charming , very clean, the bed was very comfortable, many live plants to look at made you feel at right at home, seems to be a very quiet neighborhood with a lot of huge older trees. Definitely would stay there again

My family had such a great time staying in Tennessee. We felt right at home. It was so nice to spend Memorial Day weekend with my nephew close to the Army base he was stationed at for many years and now lives near as a sheriff. We would definitely like to come back soon.

Jeff was awesome. We were worried about the tornados and he assured us there was a safe spot BEFORE even booking. He was kind and quick to respond. I do wish there were TVs in the bedrooms so our baby could be distracted from the loud weather. The home had no negative points! The esthetic of the home was beautiful and not too overwhelming with stuff like most Airbnb’s are. Pretty quiet considering it’s in a busy part of downtown Clarksville. I’ll be recommending only this home for family and friends coming to town to visit.

The kitchen is fully stocked, the bathroom was clean and the beds were comfy. Very spacious and airy. It was located in downtown Clarksville near the college. It made for perfect lodging for graduation weekend. The drive to Nashville was 1hr but didn't feel too bad. Great place to stay!!

Debbie was perfect host, and delightful person! She thought of everything anyone would need, plus wonderful homemade goodies. Exceptionally clean and organized apartment; decor was exceptional as well. She was quick to respond to any questions. Emmy Lou, her dog, was a bonus, adorable! The area was peaceful and quiet, lovely wooded neighborhood. We enjoyed our visit and will stay there again.

Excellent place to stay for short or long-term stays. Comfy couch, plenty of towels, and friendly proactive hosts!

It was a nice stay

We stayed at Jill’s place for three nights and really enjoyed our time. The condo was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The surrounding area was walkable to many restaurants, bars, live music, ice cream and cvs.

This place is a hidden gem! We initially had some issues accessing the app during check-in, but Dave and Jenny Anne quickly communicated offline to assist us. They were responsive, very personable, and hospitable. We recommend this AirBnB, and we would most certainly stay there again.

Rachel was a fantastic host, easy check in process & had a little chalkboard in the kitchen with some great recommendations based on distance from the airbnb. the place was nice and cozy for my 2 friends and i & a memory foam mattress topper was provided for the pull out couch. overall a great place to come back to after a night on broadway :)

Shannon’s place was perfect for my boyfriend and I to get away for a couple days ! Conveniently located (could either walk or a quick 6 min uber/lyft) super close to the airport ! 100/10 would stay here again!

Zac was extremely easy to communicate with, we had no issues during our stay. Check in and check out instructions given were clear and easy! Was a good location with places to eat walkable distance and a close uber drive to downtown/Broadway just like stated in the description!

James had a great place to stay for a couple of nights when visiting. Very private, quiet, and clean. Very short drive to everything you’d need when in Nashville.

Had a great stay in Nashville at Amy’s place!! It had everything you need! The Airbnb was very cute and had enough space for our group to sleep and hang out! Close to Broadway and a Starbucks for your morning coffee. We enjoyed the Speakeasy that was in the building one night, very cool vibe! We didn’t have time to utilize the pool but looked nice! Amy wad always very responsive for all of our needs during our stay!

The room was perfect and I loved the location. We walked to 12th street and to Hattie Bs. Walter was quick to respond! Had a wonderful stay.

Our stay was wonderful. Had to have a big surgery in Nashville and Jessica’s pit was the perfect place to recover and recharge before heading home. It was beautiful, peaceful, and such a great location. This was one of my first times using an AirBnB and i couldn’t have asked for a better location or host. She is very kind, responsive, and even did a load of our laundry when we ran out of clean clothes. Absolutely wonderful. We will definitely be back.

This is the perfect place to stay! Great location, away from the noise but close enough to walk to restaurants, Broadway and other local attractions. The pool was one of the highlights. Abigail was a great host. Extremely responsive and provided detailed instructions for everything needed. Highly recommend.
