Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Clarksville

The kitchen is fully stocked, the bathroom was clean and the beds were comfy. Very spacious and airy. It was located in downtown Clarksville near the college. It made for perfect lodging for graduation weekend. The drive to Nashville was 1hr but didn't feel too bad. Great place to stay!!

Excellent place to stay for short or long-term stays. Comfy couch, plenty of towels, and friendly proactive hosts!

I wanted a quiet place to sleep away from the city life while I visited Nashville, and Charlotte’s Airbnb fit that perfectly! She was very friendly and open to communication as needed. The place was spotless and felt like home. She even included a map of Nashville with different activities to do, which was very helpful during our stay. I definitely want to come back the next time I visit the area!

We stayed at Jill’s place for three nights and really enjoyed our time. The condo was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The surrounding area was walkable to many restaurants, bars, live music, ice cream and cvs.

I have stayed a quite a few bnbs and Andrew is by far the best ever host. I messaged Andrew about the music in the business below and within 20 mins the music was off. I also messaged about adding a day to my trip and he messaged me back within minutes. The bed was comfy, the water hot, the location was great- it’s a great bnb.

Fantastic communication. Easy arrival and check in. Pool was terrific. Condo as described. Walkable to all of downtown. Helpful staff on site. Bedroom is definitely very bright in the morning like other reviews have stated so if you need pitch black morning sleeping arrangements probably book elsewhere.

Great place for kids and pets! Fenced yard made it so easy to stay with our dogs. Responsive host!

Katherine’s place is well-maintained and thoughtfully stocked with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. From toiletries and laundry essentials to an equipped kitchen, it truly feels like a home away from home. We especially loved enjoying our morning coffee on the peaceful backyard porch, surrounded by nature. The location is great—just a short drive from Nashville, close to grocery stores, and about two hours from Mammoth Cave National Park and other scenic spots. We highly recommend this place! Overall, a fantastic stay!

We were in town to take care of some family business. This was the first time we've rented an Airbnb. We wanted to stay someplace as a family and be close to the downtown businesses. This place fit the bill to a T. We had space to be together and space to be separate. It's a perfect Airbnb for families. And the balcony was an extra nice treat.

We loved our stay at Jimmy's and would go back when in the area again. He was very helpful with anything we needed and the home was very comfortable and had what we needed.

XL Holdings and the property itself are top notch. Every question we had was answered quickly, professionally, and gave us confidence we were doing the right things. The property was just as described, easy to find and enter. We could not have asked for a better experience. 😁

The house was very quaint and charming , very clean, the bed was very comfortable, many live plants to look at made you feel at right at home, seems to be a very quiet neighborhood with a lot of huge older trees. Definitely would stay there again

Cedrick was great, we did have a issue with the AC but he was very responsive and had 2 great guys show up to fix it and get it right in No time. The maintenance guy was also great very polite and just a all around good guy. Would highly recommend Cedricks property looking for a place and not have to worry.

We chose this place because it was close enough to downtown but not right in the midst of the chaos! It was perfect for a home base to go back, relax and get ready. The place felt safe and comfortable! Love all the fun decor! Highly recommended grabbing some scooters and cruising to centennial park and grabbing sandwiches at 51st deli!! Easy to get Ubers for decent price to Broadway. Thanks for letting us call your place home for the week! We had a great time!!

Shannon’s place was perfect for my boyfriend and I to get away for a couple days ! Conveniently located (could either walk or a quick 6 min uber/lyft) super close to the airport ! 100/10 would stay here again!

This is a great spot. it is very close to a bus stop and a short walk from downtown. it was clean and had everything we needed.

James had a great place to stay for a couple of nights when visiting. Very private, quiet, and clean. Very short drive to everything you’d need when in Nashville.

Had a great stay in Nashville at Amy’s place!! It had everything you need! The Airbnb was very cute and had enough space for our group to sleep and hang out! Close to Broadway and a Starbucks for your morning coffee. We enjoyed the Speakeasy that was in the building one night, very cool vibe! We didn’t have time to utilize the pool but looked nice! Amy wad always very responsive for all of our needs during our stay!

The room was perfect and I loved the location. We walked to 12th street and to Hattie Bs. Walter was quick to respond! Had a wonderful stay.

This is the perfect place to stay! Great location, away from the noise but close enough to walk to restaurants, Broadway and other local attractions. The pool was one of the highlights. Abigail was a great host. Extremely responsive and provided detailed instructions for everything needed. Highly recommend.
