House vacation rentals in Circeo Mountain

Our stay at Livingapple was wonderful and comfortable! The house was equipped with everything we needed, even the smallest details! We had the most beautiful and peaceful days. We had a weekend in total serenity! Villa Fiore has turned out to be a place where you can get away from the hectic rhythms of daily life and enjoy precious moments of paradise. Congratulations also to the host who, despite a few small issues, was immediately able to remedy it by giving us the opportunity to continue enjoying the magic of this fantastic place.

We spent a relaxing two weeks at Salvatore's place. The house and furnishings were,as described in the listing. You need a car to get to a restaurant and do some activities. In the next village, however, there is also a good train connection to go to Rome or Naples. Otherwise, the accommodation is very rural. We were allowed to harvest the fresh fruits from the garden. The pool is great. All in all, we were very please and would recommend this house.

We had a very pleasant stay and really loved the house. It had a wonderful view over the sea and the pool was very clean with a perfect temperature. We could walk to the beach, just took about 10 min. The surroundings were calm but there were a lot of restaurants near the beach and in the small town. The house was 2 hours from Rome with car, to Naples we took the train which took us about 1 hour and 20 min. Would love to come back, the hosts were super nice and friendly!

We had a wonderful midweek in this beautiful holiday home in Formia. The house is beautiful and is located in a beautiful garden full of olive and citrus trees, where materials such as rocks have been used in a natural way – really an atmospheric place to stay. Contact with the host Diego was very smooth; he always responded quickly to our questions. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by his parents, which immediately made us feel welcome. Although the pool was not yet filled (as indicated in advance), it was a pity with the beautiful weather that we could not use it – that had made the stay completely perfect. The surrounding area offers many possibilities for excursions and activities. In short: a wonderful place for those who love nature, peace and Italian charm!

When you say the perfect vacation... Here it is!!! Very nice house, tidy, clean and equipped with all comforts. But the icing on the cake was the hosts, Carlos, his wife Silvana, and their son Alessandro. Wonderful people, always available. They put guests at ease as if they were at home. Not only do I recommend it, but we will definitely be back.

Carmine and his wife were wonderful, attentive hosts and the apartment was beautiful. We felt we had good privacy, even through there are other apartments nearby. We met some wonderful people while staying there- good enough to exchange phone numbers to stay in touch! And I highly recommend L’Angola e La Luna for a romantic dinner nearby. This place was the highlight of our 3+ week trip in Italy. Thank you, Carmine!

Impeccable structure with all the comforts. The highlight is the pool area. In the evening, you can use the barbecue and spend time with the family. I recommend this accommodation. The owner is kind and flexible, even at check-out. In fact, she said, "Let me stay a little longer without leaving in a hurry. We'll come back to see you."

Via a very steep, narrow road we reached the house. What an amazing place! Beautiful apartment with everything you need. Beautiful garden. Okay, the shower is tight, but that's fine. And Vincenzo does everything to make our stay pleasant. Within 10 minutes, we are in Gaeta. And the less touristy Formia also has a surprisingly beautiful old center. We had 3 wonderful days.

Everything was fantastic. Such a beautiful and peaceful area and the hosts were very kind and welcoming! Homemade crostata waiting for us upon arrival and even dropped down a fresh homemade cake while we were there. Perfetto!

Great place a few steps away from the beach. Very well stocked and the private rooftop patio was definitely our highlight. Augustino was very friendly, helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommend!

Staying with Anna Maria and Matteo was corroborating, it allowed us to "unplug" and regain strength after a tiring period. The house welcomed us with warmth, the warm and familiar environment, thanks to the Christmas decorations, immediately put us at ease. The house was clean, the rooms were spacious, the kitchen was well equipped. The downstairs projector downstairs is a real treat, which made our family evenings special. We thank Matteo for his availability and culinary suggestions.

After an initial adjustment (we did not expect a three-level layout of the structure), we felt very good and comfortable. Clearly, the structure is not suitable for those with motor disabilities or walking difficulties, but dining in the evening on the terrace is really a very rewarding experience. The location is in the heart of the port of Gaeta and is, therefore, very characteristic.

Excellent place, very close to the beach and a calm place as well. Sonia was an amazing host, definitely recommend.

We spent a week in the house and were delighted with everything associated with our stay. Patrizia met us when we arrived by train from Rome and gave us a tour of the town to allow us to get a feel for the location of facilities such as the beach, restaurants, shops etc. The accommodation was exactly as described and suited our needs perfectly. Very clean and well maintained. Patrizia had thoughtfully provided fresh fruit and veg and the store cupboard was well stocked. We loved the garden area and spent many hours there. Local shops within walking distance provided for our needs and in particular the fresh fish was excellent. The beach is easily accessible and family friendly. Overall the holiday provided exactly what we had hoped for-a relaxing environment within a local community, good food and wine with a beach and town centre facilities within easy reach. Paolo drove us back to the station with our thanks and we will have no hesitation in booking the house again. Recommended .

We had a really good time, the house was very cozy, then there were two bathrooms so that everyone had the opportunity to have their own time, a wonderful garden where you could spend the whole day, to relax or even have a nice chat in the cool. Each room was tidy and very clean. Giulia was also very good at giving directions. In short, it's really nice, it's like feeling at home.

Carlo is a very nice host. The house is wonderfully located with a fantastic terrace. Equipped with several parasols, loungers, dining table and a relaxing sofa, you can enjoy the wonderful view of the sea and the all-round relaxed atmosphere all day long. In the very lovingly furnished house, everything you need for relaxing vacation days is available. The driveway is exactly as Carlo describes it: the smaller the car, the more relaxed the arrival :)

Miriam is a very nice person. He welcomed us into the house with all the hospitality we expect to make us feel at home. Its villa is beautiful, cozy, furnished with everything you need and attention to detail. Great outdoor patio ideal for a dinner with friends and healthy relaxation after a day at the beach. The area inside which the house is located is very nice, safe and a few steps from the center of San Felice. The sea is 3 minutes by car or 15 min by foot. Great with the bike, too. What's to say, we felt at home. Thank you for everything!

House perfectly responsive to the photos, very close to the sea, with a priceless view and equipped with everything you need for your stay. Self check-in and check-out is very practical. Friendly and helpful hosts. I definitely recommend staying at this property for relaxing evenings on a breathtaking terrace.

Paolo is a courteous, accurate and very helpful host. The accommodation is very nice, well-stocked (air conditioning, wifi, coffee maker and microwave). In addition, the apartment is a 5-minute walk from the beautiful beach of Terracina, as well as a 5-minute walk from the supermarket and the pharmacy, which makes the location really very convenient. Thanks again for everything, including allowing us to stay a few hours longer than the scheduled checkout time.

The owners, they were very helpful and kind, the house was clamorous makes much more live than the pictures, not to mention how beautiful the garden was. We had a very good time. I highly recommend it to everyone

We loved our stay at Giulia's villa in San Felice Circeo. It is truly an exceptional property in a beautiful place. The villa is charming and spacious enough for a large family, but the garden is really the highlight. It is meticulous and laid out with two different areas to congregate. We spent all of our waking time outside with the trees, the flowers and the birds, who loved it as much as we did. It was nice to find an environment that could draw the children away from their phones to experience nature! The location was also perfect for our needs. The beach was accessible via a short and scenic walk down the hill.. The historic center was accessible with a short walk up. Giulia was a proactive host who helped us to make arrangements for leisure time at the beach, and responded quickly to our questions and requests. We would definitely stay again.

Everything you could want from a place. Perfect location right in the heart of Sperlonga, whilst also perched perfectly above the Sperlonga roofs, beach and sea. To top it off, Benedetto was incredibly accommodating- even picking us up and dropping us off at the train station. We did not want to leave!
