I stayed in this apartment for two days and I highly recommend it. The house was very clean, very spacious and equipped with every comfort: from the kitchen complete with everything to the well-kept and welcoming rooms. The house is in a very quiet residential area and is very close to shops and restaurants (and, of course, the airport is a stone's throw away). The location is convenient to reach and Sara was always very available, providing us with all the necessary information even before our arrival. The access mode is also very convenient and A perfect stay in every way!

What a fabulous stay we had at Camilla’s place, one of the best we’ve had. She was super helpful about a flexible check in and very responsive to all our questions. The place was exactly as described and had everything we needed and much more than we expected. The kitchen was very well equipped including a dishwasher. WiFi was excellent and local recommendations delightful. Nice ten minute walk to metro station and beautiful shaded patio area for evening drinks and dinner. Our stay was excellent in all respects and we cannot fault anything about the property. Would love to go back and totally recommended.

I traveled with my family, and this was the perfect place for us to rest, and enjoy the city, short walk to downtown, and very close to a bus stop if you wanted to get anywhere in Rome, quiet neighborhood but still very close to a supermarket, bar, bakery and everything you needed

Super nice place to stay with private roof terrace, table tennis table in the courtyard and super accessibility by public transport and 24/7 grocery stores. We were allowed to arrive at eight and the accommodation had everything we needed. From towels and bedding with enough sleeping space for all of us to cosmetics and kitchen utensils. Place was very clean and air conditioned. We also liked the fast and uncomplicated exchange with the host and the flexible check-in and check-out. Gladly again!

This is a beautiful apartment in an incredibly central location - literally around the corner from Piazza di Spagna. It was lovely to sit out on the balcony in the morning and in the evening, and enjoy being in the heart of Rome. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Plus, super comfy bed !

Great place to stay and relax before a flight out of Rome. Monica and Andrea are very kind and go out of their way to make you feel at home. 10 minutes to the airport. Beach front apartment with on street free parking. We have booked this apartment several times and highly recommend this property.

Great place to stay in Rome. Well connected by public transport to the center of the city (metro, bus and tranvia). It is located in an area with a lot of restaurants where you can have a local culinary experience. Mario was an outstanding host providing useful information and very attentive to our stay there. Highly recommended.

Great apartment - bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely. Host was helpful and responsive. Close to local underground station. Great local coffee shop and park with great breakfast. Totally recommend.

Great stay, great communication, highly recommend

My wife and I were very happy with our stay at Mr.'s property Renato Marchetti. The apartment is located in a residential neighborhood close to the center. Easy access to the subway and bus, which made it easier to get around the city. The surroundings offered options of cafes, restaurants, markets, shops, barber and several other services, all very close. The apartment is well set up, everything is very clean and functional. We don't miss anything. The host, Mr. Renato, from the first contact to our farewell, was always very attentive, proactive and super agile in the information provided. We felt very well assisted and welcomed at all times. In addition, he provided us with a transportation service to the airport, at an unconventional time, which was extremely convenient for us. I have no doubt that my next stay in Rome will be at this location and I highly recommend Lilly House for those who want a quiet and pleasant stay in Rome.

We loved to stay at Federica‘s place! The communication upon arrival was very clear and the self check-in easy to follow. During the whole stay, the communication with Federica was great - we could always reach out to her and always got a quick response. The flat was great, especially the spacious balcony. It is located close to a Metro station, which made it easy to get in and out of the center. Also the neighbourhood was nice and rather calm. Federica gave us great recommendations for the restaurants around. We definitely recommend staying at her place and would always do it again!

Check in is smooth :) good location. Host is very helpful. I forgot my bracelet in the Airbnb and host promised to send it back to my country. Very helpful! Would definitely stay here again next time I visit Rome.

This place is awesome. It’s so much bigger than the pictures convey. It’s obviously right by the Colosseum, but bus lines to anywhere you’d need to get are right outside your door too. Also don’t miss the Basilica of San Clemente that’s a block away. It was better and emptier than most of the typical tourist spots we went to. Stefano was very responsive and helpful. The rooftop is incredible and everything was so comfortable (including beds and A/C).

A truly beautiful apartment with a stunning and spacious rooftop terrace. The location is excellent – a perfect place to relax and escape the hustle and bustle of central Rome, but still very convenient if you want to explore all the beautiful sights the city has to offer, as the apartment has excellent transport connections. The neighborhood itself is full of great restaurants and things to do, and it offers easy access to all of Rome’s main attractions. Cecilia was a wonderful host, and communication with her was very easy.
