Amazing location right in the very heart of Trastavere. This apartment had everything we needed for our short stay in Rome and was in a perfect location to access the sights of the city and the dining and nightlife of charming Trastavere. It was exactly as described and Germana was a friendly and welcoming host. Hopefully one day we can return.

Location was great! Very close walking distance to the Vatican. Worked well for my family of 5. Apartment is on the 4th floor with a very small elevator that barely fit our family. Luckily we didn’t mind taking stairs. It worked well to sleep and get ready in as we were out all day most of the time were stayed here. Other attractions(coliseum, Trevi fountain, Pantheon, etc) are not within walking distance and will need to take taxi.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful apartment in Rome! The location couldn’t have been more perfect—tucked away on a charming street, yet just steps from all the major sights, cafes, and gelato shops. The apartment itself was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Our host was also incredibly responsive and welcoming, providing great local recommendations and making check-in a breeze. Waking up each morning and stepping out into the heart of Rome was a dream. We would come back in a heartbeat and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the Eternal City!

This was a great apartment. Great patio, nice, clean and spacious. Loved the neighborhood. They were great hosts-allowing us to drop our bags early was a big plus. Gave us a great list of recommendations. Terrific to have a washing machine! Perfect. Thank you for the great stay.

From the very beginning Fidia was proactive and very responsive! We were sent the house manual right away with all the directions and recommendations right at hand. Their assistant, Allan, was there to greet us when we checked in and he gave us a tour of the home and went over all of the instructions. Fidia also recommended crazy4rome for our tours and they were also fantastic. All of our transportation was arranged for us as well. The home is located right in central Rome and is walkable to many great restaurants and attractions. Would definitely go back!

This might be the most thoughtful and pristine Airbnb my family and I have ever visited. Perfect location, wonderful shower, lovely views, cozy beds, and very suitable AC for hot summer nights in Roma. The lift for our heavy luggage saved my husbands back, even though the apartment is only on the second floor. Paola is a prideful owner of her charming apartment and it shows with every detail. Will definitely refer my friends to this one of a kind accommodation. Can’t wait to visit again. 🩷

The apartment is the same as the photos, it has everything you need and is quite comfortable. The shower is something small. The neighborhood is not the most beautiful in Rome and is somewhat far from the center, however there are several train and bus stops nearby. The surroundings are very Roman, not touristy at all.

We had a fabulous stay, the apartment is cosy, super clean, really quiet, cute terrace to enjoy breakfast in the shade and afternoon sun. Every little detail is there and the fridge is stocked with items as well as coffee, sweets….Best apartment ever 💯Good backery just around the corner, supermarkets just a short walk, easy with tram 8 to the train station and city centre and bus to Vatican. We had some excellent diners in local restaurants and it was nice to get out of the busy centre. But most of all Valentina is absolutely great,reacts fast, could leave our luggage until afternoon departure. She is just the best and made our stay perfect! Grazie mille ❤️

The apartment is very close to Colosseum, a police station is on the same street which makes you feel very secure. Seb is an excellent host, always willing to help. When I felt the pillow was too firm for me, he even bought 2 new pillows, he is not a person of words but action!

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful apartment. My wife and I were in Rome for a celebration and Martina went above and beyond with special treats and gifts waiting for us. We didn't meet Martina in person for check in as she was working but she was in contact with us through e-mail. Martina's mother met us at the apartment instead and gave us a thorough check in. She was absolutely lovely. The apartment itself is wonderful and has the added bonus of aircon and a gorgeous terrace to relax on and enjoy the views. It has a well equipped kitchen and the apartment is a good size. The metro is a short walk from the apartment and is very easy to use. You can be in the city centre in just a short time. All of the Rome attractions are easy to get to using either bus or metro from the apartment. All in all we has the most wonderful holiday.

I would 100% recommend staying here. Beautiful place and felt so relaxed here. When we turned up we were given some free Pizza rolls from his favourite bakery which we really appreciated. Great place to stay and close to all amenities. Great communication and great time.

An absolutely beautiful and quaint holiday flat in Rome. Well located and easy to get to and from when exploring Rome. Highly recommend!

I am very happy with my stay at Livia's. The apartment was as described: spacious, tastefully furnished, with a large and very comfortable bed. A large terrace with a table and chairs is at the exclusive disposal of guests. We often used it when drinking coffee or wine. Cleanliness in the apartment and bathroom perfect 5/5. Kitchenette equipped with all necessary dishes, kitchen utensils, olive oil and other spices. Livia prepared refreshments. She also left water in the fridge, butter and a choice of tea and coffee. Livia is very nice and hospitable. We were greeted nicely by her. She recommended interesting places to see, prepared a guide and a map of the city especially for guests. She immediately booked a table for us at the restaurant for the evening. That's very nice. The contact with Liva was excellent. They respond to all questions and requests. Stefano’s place is lovely, loads of space and everything you need. Lots of places to eat close by and the metro just a short walk away to take you right into the centre of the City, literally a few stops away. The outdoor area is just perfect and a great way to relax after a busy day! Stefano was always quick to respond on everything before & during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting Rome.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The location was peaceful and quiet—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. One of the true highlights was the outdoor living area, complete with a beautiful pool that made every moment feel like a retreat. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was our host, Claudia. She was incredibly kind and responsive, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel like part of her family. Her warmth and hospitality truly set this stay apart. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re looking for a tranquil getaway with a gracious, welcoming host and a beautiful space to enjoy, this is it!

Cosy apartment with real fire

Perfection. Absolutely loved it. It had everything we needed. Comfortable, clean and safe. A really peaceful sanctuary after the hectic feeling of the city centre. But so centrally located. We cycled to the centre on bikes we hired from a bike shop about 5 mins walk away. It took about 25 mins to cycle to the centre. We also got taxis a couple of times for convenience and it was a 10 min drive to the centre/termini station, cost 10-20 euros. The swimming pool and beautiful garden were a godsend in the heat. Ale and Roby were welcoming, kind and helpful, such lovely people. The friendly family cats were the icing on the cake! Highly recommended - we were sad to leave! Thank you both for sharing your lovely villa!

Excellent and great place to stay in ..

Wonderful stay! Very peaceful and everything was perfect in the house. The pool and grounds were lovely. Probably our favorite Airbnb stay we've ever had.

I cannot say enough about how perfect the property was for our family. Spacious, homey, the pool was amazing, and the ping pong table was a great addition for our kids! There were games, books, cards all available for our use. They connected us with a chef for a cooking class at the house that was incredible. They were quick to respond and help throughout our time. I am so grateful for our time there and would 100% recommend and return!
