This room has been carefully renovated by a designer. About 10 minutes on foot from "Fuda" Station on the Keio Line and about 15 minutes on foot from "Chofu" Station. Access is also good, with Shinjuku Station a minimum of 18 minutes away by train. There are convenience stores (3-minute walk), supermarkets, and restaurants nearby, so it is a well-equipped living environment. It also has convenient access to airports from within Tokyo, Haneda International Airport is about an hour away by train, and Narita International Airport is about an hour and 30 minutes away. In addition, there is Chofu Airport in Chofu City, with regular flights to and from Izu Oshima, Niijima, and Kamitsu Island. The space is professionally cleaned and kept very clean.
