With 2 single beds and 1 double bed, it can accommodate up to 4 people. The kitchen is equipped with basic cooking utensils such as rice cooker, frying pan and tableware. It is also equipped with washing machine, vacuum cleaner, Wi-Fi and air conditioner. It is suitable for both business trip and long stay. "SUMIRE AOI HOUSE" is a small Japanese house. The basic structure of the house was designed in 1952 by Makoto Masuzawa, a leading architect in Japan. And the house was redesigned by Makoto Koizumi in 1999. I had lived 20 years with my family. The sense of space by the south-facing large windows and the stairwell, it will make you attracted. The area has some parks and fields, and it's leisurely. I can introduce nearby shops. Please spend your time like traveling daily life.

Chofu Fuda: Rent an entire house near stations

Unlike other listings in Tokyo, here, you can rent the whole house. The house is located in western side of Tokyo where have very rich cultural sights. Also it has very good access to metropolitan Tokyo. It takes only a few minutes walk to local stations named Fuda and Chofu. from those stations, Shinjyuku and Shibuya are only about 20minutes ahead . Also you can enjoy walking to the downtown of Chofu where has many places to eat and shop.
