It has a kitchen, a double bedroom, a living room with sofa bed, a bathroom and a small outdoor area fenced. It has an independent entrance and may be accessed directly from outside. We are just 15 minutes from the sea, 20 minutes from Pescara, 30 minutes from the Costa dei Trabocchi and 30 minutes from the mountains! We have a shuttle service available, upon reservation.
