Early 1900s independent house on two floors, recently renovated, in the heart of the historic center of Spoltore. It overlooks one of the most picturesque squares in the village and consists of two large and bright bedrooms (one has a desk for working), a bathroom with a large window, a kitchen, a living room and a large equipped terrace. It is an ideal area for those who need a strategic location to reach by public or private transportation the major locations in the region or for those who need to conveniently reach SS Annunziata Hospital or D'Annunzio University.

Rest, nature and tradition among olive groves and renowned wineries overlooking the mountains of Abruzzo. Straddling the sea and mountains, it's a great starting point for exploring the area. A few kilometers from the main highway connections and the historic center of Nocciano. Possibility of horseback riding and cycling along the Nora river. A visit to the castle of Nocciano and the hamlet of Villa Badessa, a center of Greco-Byzantine culture, is interesting.
