Graziosissimo e spazioso appartamento completo di ogni cosa, dal seggiolino con sdraietta, camera giochi ben fornita, balcone, lavastoviglie, macchina del caffè e così via. Lo consigliamo vivamente, soprattutto a famiglie con bimbi.

Appartamento moderno, pulito e confortevole e facileda raggiungere. Matteo si è dimostrato molto disponibile e gentile.

Paolo was very welcoming. He greeted us in person with fruit and a lovely bottle of wine. The place was clean and large enough for our group. Paolo also gave me the name of a driver to taxi us back and forth from the train station. The driver was also fair and friendly.

Sehr zuvorkommender und freundlicher Gastgeber der proaktiv handelt und stets erreichbar war. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Die Lage zum See ist ebenfalls optimal und auch die Aussicht sehr schön. Wir haben nichts zu meckern und würden die Unterkunft und den Gastgeber ausnahmslos weiterempfehlen. Weiter so 👍🏻

Elisa é un'host gentilissima e davvero coridale. La sua casa é impeccabile e fornita di tutto il necessario. Cercino é un paesino perfetto per chi vuole staccare dalla cittá e concedersi dei giorni di puro relax. Consigliatissimo

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal zum Skilanglauf-Urlaub bei Marius und haben es wieder sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft liegt herrlich direkt an der Loipe und an wunderschönen Winterwanderwegen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig, wir haben uns durch die umfangreiche Privatbibliothek geschmökert und hatten dank der top ausgestatteten Küche die Wahl zwischen Raclette, Käsefondue und Fondue chinoise. Marius hat immer proaktiv kommuniziert und klare Anweisungen gegeben. Der von uns leider zerdepperte Eierbecher wurde einfach mit einem „das kann doch passieren.“ hingenommen - danke nochmal dafür. 😊 Immer gern wieder!

Superschöne Wohnung, mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet! Kleiner, süsser Balkon mit Blick in die Berge. Einfach Perfekt um Chiavenna und Umgebung zu geniessen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Le logement est très propre, bien équipé et le jardin est un vrai plus, notre petite chienne Vicky a adoré ! Silvia et son mari sont très accueillants et toujours présents en cas de besoin. Nous recommandons ce logement à 100% !

Ottima scelta e soluzione di alloggio, appartamento in ordine e fornito di tutto.! Considerando che avevamo ben numero 3 bambini di varie età (2-6-10) che lo hanno molto apprezzato e si sono anche divertiti! Lo consigliamo sicuramente!.

appartement topissime très très propre un équipement parfait et de qualité cuisine salon tv et chambre avec une très bonne literie la salle de bain elle aussi est très propre et équipée en ce qui concerne l environnement très calme au cœur des montagnes emplacement top pour des randonnées sans compter la proximité du lac d iseo et du lac d endine plus petit mais plus sauvage ainsi que les villes de brescia et bergame un peu plus loin mais pas trop vraiment au top je recommande. merci à nos hôtes pour leur accueil

Wir haben eine sehr erholsame Woche in Federicos gepflegtem Haus und Umgebung verbracht. Uns gefiel die ruhige Lage der Unterkunft und der Blick in die Berge sehr. Besonders schön war es, den Morgenkaffee in den ersten Sonnenstrahlen am Haus im wunderschönen Garten zu genießen oder am späteren Nachmittag etwas Lesezeit auf den Liegestühlen in der Sonne unter den Palmen zu verbringen. Toll ist auch der helle und gemütliche Wintergarten für alle Mahlzeiten. Federico ist ein warmherziger Gastgeber und stets erreichbar bei Fragen oder für Absprachen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Tiziano e sua moglie sono stati estremamente disponibili e accoglienti, fornendoci tutte le informazioni e il supporto necessari. La casa è spaziosa, dotata di un fantastico giardino ed è in un'ottima posizione a Dazio, in una zona da cui è facile muoversi per escursioni e gite. Consigliatissimo!

Davide persona gentile e cordiale, casa impeccabile , addirittura cestino di ben venuto per nulla scontato. L’appartamento è delizioso, con una terrazza che con il bimbo piccolo abbiamo sfruttato tantissimo. Posizione più che tranquilla, ottimo per chi vuole fare passeggiate e rilassarsi un po’. Il nostro bimbo ha vissuto 7 giorni all’aria aperta ed è stato bellissimo . La Vista dalla terrazza è davvero incantevole. Ci ha consigliato un sacco di cos da fare e posti da visitare, abbiamo fatto tutto quello che ci ha consigliato e ne è valsa la pena. Se volete un po’ di pace è il luogo ideale ! Grazie ancora di tutto

We had a wonderful time in Gera Lario! Gabriele was a wonderful host and gave us great restaurant recommendations. The house was stunning, especially with the balcony overlooking the lake. We felt very welcomed.

My family and I stayed here for the night. It is super close to the train station and near lots of restaurants. The instructions were very clear and the apartment was easy to find. There is an elevator in the building which was very convenient. The host left complimentary bottles of water which was extremely appreciated. It accommodated my family of six very well. The washer was great and easy to use and a drying rack was outside on the patio. The beds were very comfortable and there was A/C which made our entire stay great. Thank you for hosting us, we will be back!

Praktisch alles war tipptopp, einzig zum Lesen im Bett hätten wir uns auf beiden Seiten gute Leselampen gewünscht. Toller Wein und ein feines Nusstörtchen zur Begrüssung! Wir haben und sehr wohl gefühlt! Auch der Garagenplatz war sehr angenehm im Winter.

Absolutely wonderful! My husband and I chose the right spot for our one night in Tirano. The home was SPOTLESS, allowing me to breathe easy as someone who usually struggles with environmental allergies (zero issues in this super-clean home). The views from the balcony and patio were gorgeous and relaxing. Maurizio is friendly and attentive, and the instructions to find the Airbnb were clear. Highly recommend! :)

Appartamento molto bello, nuovo, pulito e ordinato, dotato di tutti i comfort, ideale per una famiglia. Host gentilissima e disponibile. Comodo market sotto casa dotato di ottima salumeria e macelleria. Bar sotto casa con ottimo aperitivo. Lo consiglio!

Große Wohnung (auch eine Familie mit zwei Kindern hat genug Platz), alles vorhanden, tolle Aussicht vom großen Balkon (auch bei Regen bleibt man trocken und kann in die Berge schauen) und auch die Gastgeber waren sehr flexibel mit Check-in und -out. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder.
