The Dapper Fox

Welcome to the Dapper Fox! The home boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Brand new construction and tucked away off the main street. Located in the "Avenues", the Dapper Fox is conveniently located near Enloe Hospital, Chico State and Downtown. We are a dog-friendly property (pets are people too). An additional $75 cleaning fee per stay will be collected after booking. Please let us know a little about your fur babies. Potty trained and well behaved please. 2 dog limit, please. No fenced yard.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient, in a quiet neighborhood our cottage is within walking distance of downtown , CSUC, and Enloe Hospital. We also accept dogs (no cats) for an addition fee of $15 dollars per day. We ask any dog left alone be kenneled. Please do not allow your dog on the furniture unless you cover it with sheets, which we will provide. We offer a fully equipped kitchen, HD cable TV, a very cozy queen bed and a single wide sofa bed, suitable for children .

Newly Built quality home with beautiful comfortable furnishings. 3 bedrooms, each with a tv. Living room with lots of seating and open to a large dining room and big kitchen. This home is stocked with plenty of comfortable blankets, all the cooking utensils you need, coffee... and games to make your stay fun! Pets are ok if well trained (no barking or scratching etc) there is a convenient dog run on side yard. Back yard is quiet and sunny for bbq dinners.
