We equipped the unit with a 50" flat screen TV, full cable package, bose sound bar/Bluetooth speaker, high speed internet, walk in shower with dual shower heads and a bench seat, full kitchen with gas stove, bedroom with a queen size bed, living room with a pull out sofa, fenced private patio area with fire pit, off street parking 30 ft from the door, and everything you need for a nice quiet night and or weekend getaway. Hot Tub House! Large House for Entertaining Fun!

This is a great place for entertaining and enjoying yourself. The front of the house features HUGE yard space for games and hanging, and the backyard showcases a covered patio. The inside has just been remodeled, it includes two spaces for congregating. Livingroom includes a 65" Curved TV, a futon and a pocket door that transforms it into an additional bedroom. The main indoor congregation area includes an open concept kitchen, a dining room table, and another futon. Minutes from downtown!

Charming backyard cottage with pool

Clean, comfortable, and convenient, in a quiet neighborhood our cottage is within walking distance of downtown , CSUC, and Enloe Hospital. We also accept dogs (no cats) for an addition fee of $15 dollars per day. We ask any dog left alone be kenneled. Please do not allow your dog on the furniture unless you cover it with sheets, which we will provide. We offer a fully equipped kitchen, HD cable TV, a very cozy queen bed and a single wide sofa bed, suitable for children .

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home in Chico. It is located just three blocks from the entrance to Bidwell Park for morning walks, or about 1/2 mile to the quaint downtown Chico area!
