Chico State University, Bidwell Park, Sierra Nevada Brewery, Enloe Hospital & are minutes away by car. Rental bikes are available 1 block away to explore the city & park system.

There is free parking, fast internet, cable, queen size bed with topper, hot tub, pool, bbq, corn hole game, breakfast fixings and snacks, comfortable, spacious deck, outdoor waterfall for soothing sounds, and of course, family members are welcome to visit.

Close to Bidwell Park, amazing restaurants and easy access to the freeway this is the perfect place to stay! This is a DRUG AND SMOKE FREE zone. $500 will be charged for non-compliance.

This 366 sq. ft. abode is anything but normal. Small & tastefully designed to meet all of your traveling needs. Comfy and cozy with dishwasher/refrigerator/gas range/ queen bed/bathtub/shower/satellite tv/wifi/patio/ 9 blocks from downtown. Please note: There is a washer & dryer available for use only between the hours of 11:00 am & 8:00pm. The washer/dryer are located on a shared wall with other guests so the hours of use are strict as to not bother other guests who may be sleeping.

Attached to the main home is a one bedroom unit rented separately on Airbnb. Both units have a private entrance and designated off street parking spaces. We designed the home with guests comfort in mind and look forward to being your home away from home.
