Cheerful New Cottage Style Family Mountain Getaway

Centrally located in the rebuilding town of Paradise. Every home on our street was lost in the 2018 Camp Fire. We are the fourth home to be rebuilt on the street. There is new hope for this small mountain community. Decorated in a cozy cottage look with comfortable beds and everything you need in our stocked kitchen. Excellent internet and a smart TV . There is an outdoor table for and gas grill. Our local marina, Line Saddle, has boat, paddle board and kayak rentals for a day on the lake.

This cottage was completely remodeled in 2020. It sits on the back of our property and backs up to an orchard. The property is over an acre. It is quiet and peaceful. You will find fruit trees, grapes, a garden and chickens. The chickens roam the property during the day. You may hear a rooster in the AM. There is a covered patio and fire pit to enjoy the evenings in Chico. If you like to cook outdoors there is a gas BBQ & pellet grill/smoker. It is 1.8 miles from Chico State and Downtown.

You'll be comfortable in the 3 bedroom, 2 bath turn of the century house that was renovated in the early 2000's to include an open living concept. You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home in Chico. It is located just three blocks from the entrance to Bidwell Park for morning walks, or about 1/2 mile to the quaint downtown Chico area! This home has been updated from top to bottom and has every amenity you could ask for! There is also a fully fenced front and back yard area for your furry friends! Relax under the lights by the fire pit in the backyard. This place feels like home!

Almost Brand New! Pets OK!

Newly Built quality home with beautiful comfortable furnishings. 3 bedrooms, each with a tv. Living room with lots of seating and open to a large dining room and big kitchen. This home is stocked with plenty of comfortable blankets, all the cooking utensils you need, coffee... and games to make your stay fun! Pets are ok if well trained (no barking or scratching etc) there is a convenient dog run on side yard. Back yard is quiet and sunny for bbq dinners.
