Bedroom has a super king bed that can change into twin beds. The lounge has a double sofa bed to transform into another bedroom along with tea/coffee facilities & small fridge. Suitable for family's of all aged children. Near to Goodwood for horse racing & motor events, Chichester festival theatre & West Wittering beach.

Within close walking distance of a Mini Waitrose and a pub with excellent food by the Fontwell Roundabout. 3 miles from Barnham station with taxis and frequent trains to Gatwick and London.

Set within the city walls of Chichester, this ground floor modern, studio apartment is conveniently located in the centre of town. Local bars and shops are within a short walking distance along with Chichester Cathedral and train station. Goodwood racecourse and motor circuit are both within a 10 min drive. Please note- as the flat is so central, outside noise is to be expected. There is a small nightclub near by which very occasionally hold functions.
