The room consists of a king-size bed, seating area with smart TV, wardrobe and kitchenette with kettle, toaster, microwave, and mini fridge. The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

Bosham (A) stylish en suite bedroom, self check in

We totally renovated our house a year or two ago and designed our purpose built self contained guest Annexe. The room is bright and light with an ensuite shower room and a SIMBA king size bed. There are a couple of easy chairs to relax in and a little table and chairs to eat/work a. There are no cooking facilities but there is a mini fridge, kettle and toaster and we supply tea, coffee, bread & milk. There is safe parking on our private drive right outside your entrance door.

Our guest annexe is a 1 minute walk to the beach at Bracklesham Bay and 8 minutes walk to Rewild beachside sauna. With attractions, such as Goodwood, Chichester Festival Theatre and the South Downs close by as well as the beach, this is a superb location - 4 minute drive to East Wittering village and 7 minutes to the beautiful sandy beach at West Wittering You can watch stunning sunsets on the beach and then come back to fall asleep to the sound of the waves.
