Open-plan fully-equipped new kitchen, big comfortable sofa, TV/Wifi, separate shower room. Super king double bed, plus 2 single beds on large mezzanine floor with a sea view.

Kalou, Eco Escape at Goodwood

Kalou, is a unique bolthole lovingly hand-built from reclaimed materials during lockdown. Previously sited elsewhere, the cabin has recently been upgraded to a more sustainable way of living, off-grid, and now surrounded by seamless views of tranquility and peace, nature and spectacular sunsets. Local wildlife treats include sheep, cows, displays by pheasants, random hare playing, deer running by, and potential sightings of owls. A truly unique getaway with easy access to the South Downs Way.

Hand built by myself & Granny Mongolia, the Yurt is a mix of traditional Mongolian design & bohemian chic. As you enter the yurt you will instantly notice a sense of calm & grounding, an ideal retreat from a hectic lifestyle. Surrounded by countryside, the yurt is home to many Mongolian artefacts gifted to me by Granny Mongolia. It features a charcoal bbq & stove. Georgian Terraced House (1825) Chichester

The property is a Listed Georgian (1825) terraced house and has recently been renovated by Erickson Mann A five minutes walk from the renowned Chichester Festival Theatre and the same from the City of Chichester with it's Cathedral, restaurants and shops . There is also easy access by car bus or bike to the Downs including Goodwood as well as the coast at West Wittering and Bracklesham Bay . You can lie ,sit or eat in the sun the house has a south facing garden which is a sun trap .

"Bumble" The Shepherd's Hut

This traditionally inspired, hand-made Shepherds Hut is nestled inside a paddock in the leafy county of Hampshire. It offers a tranquil retreat in a home away from home setting with a cosy open plan living space championed by the log burning stove. Enjoy cooking your own English Breakfast - of which eggs are graciously supplied by our chickens -amongst views and visits of our 17 strong Alpaca herd. Hardy Cottage - Arundel Town Centre

This cosy, 3 bedroomed, terraced cottage is a perfect base for you to explore the historic town of Arundel. It is within walking distance of 2 local breweries, numerous pubs, restaurants, cafes and, a lovely eclectic mix of shops. After sightseeing, shopping or walking the dog take a rest in the warmth of the woodstove or, rustle up a meal in the well equipped kitchen. The master bedroom boasts a super king bed and an en-suite shower room. King and Single bedrooms are on the top floor.
