Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Charlotte County

This house was FANTASTIC!!! We were looking for a place to “live” in the Port Charlotte area and it surpassed our expectations!!! House was clean, vibrant and met our expectations! Eddie was a great host, very responsive and so nice! Such a great stay!

Ronnie’s house was awesome! We brought our boat over and it was just a quick ride to open water. The kids loved the pool when we went in the boat. House was spotless and very nice! Ronnie was very quick to answer and checked on us every day during the stay. Don’t hesitate on booking. You will be happy you did!

We are frequent air b&b guests and this was one of the best places we have stayed at. Very friendly and responsive hosts. Quiet neighborhood and easy to get to beaches. Highly recommend!

Drove up for the holiday weekend and had a great time. House is spacious and great for a family setting. The fire pit set the tone for a night we all decided to stay in and grill. Overall enjoyable area and would definitely visit again.

Beautiful home and outdoor space. Very peaceful and private. Just what we were looking for. When the pool heat wasn’t working, Mary was responsive and worked to fix the concern. Easy check in and check out made for a stress free stay!

Glad to see the area bouncing back after the hurricanes. This unit is very walkable to the beach and is well maintained. Host was very friendly and responded within minutes when I had questions. This section of the beach was less crowded and we found lots of sharks teeth. Very relaxing stay. A+

Just as pictured. It is clean and new. Comfortable beds, wel appointed kitchen and bath. Beautiful beach, pool, and dock space. Loved the lanai and all the fans. We even took advantage of the beach gear. Many pet friendly places are disappointing, but this beautiful unit felt luxurious and our entire family was able to enjoy. We will stay again.

This rental is PERFECT! So homey and so close to the beach! I can go on and on about how perfect this vacation was for us!!

This condo was absolutely beautiful. The hosts thought of every detail. We flew to Englewood so it was a plus to have umbrella and chairs for the beach. Would love to stay there again!

Our stay at the Starfish was AWESOME! Beautiful condo with beautiful surroundings. The beach access to the beautiful private/quiet/not crowded beach just sealed the deal on our weekend getaway! The hammocks and cornhole on the property are such a great added touch also! We cant wait to book again soon! We loved it!!

Pavelsplace was beautiful and spacious and served our family’s need perfectly. We flew in for my dads funeral and there were 11 of us staying there. 6 adults and 5 children. We never felt crowded and the kids really enjoyed the pool. The host was super responsive and respectful. Definitely recommend this to anyone with a large group.

Jesus's place was awesome! The home was clean and super comfortable. We made many meals and his place had everything we needed! We fished off the dock and caught several big channel catfish. The neighborhood was so peaceful and relaxing. We went to his recommended beach spot 2 days in a row and had such a great time. Ate at Riviera Bar and Grill and the atmosphere was a perfect ending to our trip. Would 10/10 be back to stay at Jesus's place!!

We had a great stay. Dave was a terrific host, responding very quickly to our questions. The area is very quiet with friendly neighbours. The views from the front of the property are spectacular and we witnessed so many amazing sunsets. The wildlife is incredible we saw manatees numerous times in the canal and in the inter coastal waterways, 2 cheeky sea otters in the canal and not to mention the beautiful bird life and dolphins. The house is spacious and has a well stocked kitchen everything you could possibly need. We used the pool everyday it’s a great size. It’s a great house

Naveen was nothing short of a great host. She was very responsive. The house its self was very clean and homey, I was a huge fan of all the seasonings and kitchen items they had to use. Outback was very relaxing with the lanai and pool. We used the black stone and grilled and chilled by the pool. There were beach chairs, sifters, umbrellas, a cooler and a few other things to take to the beach. I think Naveen having those things is a big help especially if you are flying in from some where and have no room for the beach essentials. Being born and raised in South Florida I highly recommend this house. I will absolutely stay again. :)

The Punta Gorda Villa was beautiful, there was plenty of room for our party of 14. Pavel was very responsive to questions I had, even on Christmas Eve when Amazon decided to deliver a package for us early. At some point he was able to bring our package in so when we arrived it was in the house. It was nice to come and relax at a home after our boys’ baseball tournament instead of a hotel room. If we are ever in the area again we would definitely rent this beautiful home.

The home is fantastic. The amenities were fantastic. There is a lot of street noise - which you can’t change. You learn to tune it out. I was impressed by the home. And the owner was nice.

Sabina is the best there is. I’ve stayed at 3 of the properties they’ve managed and they’ve all been pristine. She communicates well and ensures a great stay.

Naveen's home is an incredible place to get away for a family vacation. My family of nine (dad, two sister's, their families, my family) stayed for a week. This home felt like it had tons of space for us to spend time together and also for us to have our own space when we needed it. The pool, hot tub, beach toys/amenities, two kitchens, two living spaces, two screened porch areas create an optimal rental for a large or multi-family vacation. We walked to the beach multiple times per day and found so many shark teeth. The beach feels insanely private as this community is still recovering from Helene. My husband and I especially enjoyed the bikes with lights attached and the ability to bike to local restaurants for a drink in the evening as it cooled down.
