We loved the fact that the condo was in a quiet neighborhood, the view of the bay was beautiful, the condo had everything needed, the amenities were wonderful and the few questions I had were answered immediately. I highly recommend!

Location was perfectly located to all that we needed on our trip. Being on the river makes for a very nice backdrop.

We had a great overall stay .The location was perfect, the home was clean and cozy . That said, we did encounter a few hiccups but the staff was responsive and did their best to address them quickly. Overall, we would definitely recommend this Airbnb to others and would stay again ourselves.

We felt right at home during our stay at Danene’s beautiful condo! It was well equipped with things you need for an extended stay. The pictures on her listing are exactly as posted. No clutter and beautifully decorated. We felt safe walking everyday around the community and everyone was so friendly. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub area and used it almost every day. The location was only a 10 minute drive from a great shopping area. We are new to being snowbirds and spent 45 days at this condo and will definitely look at going back again. A great place to stay to explore this beautiful side of Florida!

This place is perfect for a couple. Easy to get to with tons of restaurants & shopping close. Sitting on the porch & watching the water, walking on the pier or relaxing by the pool. The kitchen has all the pots, pans, dishes and utensils you could need. The bed was super comfy. I would highly recommend this place & are trying to find another time to come visit.

Great condo and enjoyed Boca Grande Club! Everything was clean and well stocked. Would love to stay here again!

Anna's place is located in a nice condo complex with a beautiful swimming pool, fitness center, tennis courts, pickleball courts and a 1/2 basketball court. The grounds/landscaping at the complex need some serious attention though. Anna's place is located near Gasparilla Island and is convenient to many good local restaurants. It's a wonderful place to disconnect from the world and recharge. Enjoy.

Very nice condo just steps from the beach. Has everything that you need. Condo was clean and the host was great. Would recommend this condo and looking forward to returning in the future.

This place was awesome, had all the amenities you need, was spotless on arrival and the views were spectacular. The deck and balcony were utilized more than the inside. Beach was gorgeous and would highly recommend and would definitely go again.

Great host! Very communicative. Wonderful, easy going condo. We enjoyed losing track of time while sitting on the screened-in porch watching the bay/waterfront.

Marcella was a great host. Everything was exactly as described. All of the amenities were fantastic especially the pool and golf course. The condo was perfect for us.

We enjoyed our stay so much! The house was perfect, and the location was quiet. The pool was great for everyone in the family, younger kids especially loved the splash pad side! We would (and are planning to) stay here again! The house was very clean and stocked with anything a family would need. The bunk room had toys for the kids and plenty of space for 6 to sleep. The living room was relaxing and comfortable. The house had plenty of towels and even extra pillows and blankets in each bedroom closet if they were needed. Host was very responsive and polite. All of the extra touches did not go unnoticed!

Kim from the Port Charlotte house was amazing to work with i was able to check in a few hours earlier. The house was everything as showed on pictures ,very clean location and very quiet as well would highly recommend booking with Evolve and Kim as well.

Sandra's home was absolutely wonderful! There is so many activities, and amenities to keep your day full at the resort. The front porch and backyard were very peaceful and relaxing. The fenced in yard worked perfect for our little dogs. We definitely recommend staying at Sandra's home.

The location was great for me since I am moving here and needed to be centrally located to look for work and a home. It's also very peaceful and lovely. The condo was spacious, filled with all the essentials, and the view was awesome. The guards were all super. By the end of the month, some even knew me by name, and it felt as though we were friends. Anthony went above and beyond. Everything was what one would hope for and more. The last month was a beautiful memory I will hold on to forever. The only disappointing thing about the whole experience was leaving.
