Vacation rentals with breakfast in Charlotte County

House With A Boat was the perfect location for our family. If you like to explore nature then this is the place. Our after dinner cruises were so peaceful on the water and the wildlife sightings and gorgeous sunsets never failed - we saw dolphins every time we went out and there were also manatee sightings while out on kayaks. The pool and lanai area were perfect because you could be in sun or shade and the shaded area also provided protection from the rain so that you could remain outside. The home was sparkly clean, all three bathrooms felt luxurious, the living space was such that there was a place for everybody to have some personal space, and the kitchen was very well organized and had everything you would ever need and more. Snacks and drinks were generously provided. The neighbors were friendly and even told our son that he was welcome to fish off their property/seawall. We would definitely recommend this home to others and hope to visit again one day.

Meggie and her family were just so helpful and accommodating. The property is exceptionally clean and modern with some nice touches. You would struggle to find a hotel on the Gulf side of Florida that matches up to this property. If you’re ever looking to stay in this area then seriously don’t bother looking elsewhere because nothing matches up to this. Well done Meggie

Patricia’s place is truly “paradise” as advertised. It’s in a great, easily accessible. quiet location. The space for guests is private and spacious and the kitchen is well organized with everything one might need. The pool is spectacular both in the daytime and at night. The decor is tasteful, interesting and very welcoming. It was a short stay for me but it was enough to tell me that Patricia’s place is definitely worthy of a return visit. The communication was excellent as was Patricia’s warm welcome. Highly recommended!

Booked for an extended weekend stay with out of state family. The house was clean and as described. The provided air mattresses was nice. We couldnt figure out how to turn on the fan or light in one of the rooms. The boat in the pics is not the boat you get. The boat is still good, we used it multiple times. The boat orientation was beneficial, just make sure the guy brings his wallet with him. While showing us where to fuel he went to fill the boat and "forgot" his wallet so we ended up paying for fuel twice. There are multiple forms to fill out to stay here, all electronic which is nice but Ive never had to fill out a waiver for a pool. Couldnt find the pump for the raft that you pull behind the boat, sent a message to ask and never received a reply. The house is nicely stocked with everything you need. Would definitely book again as the trip was much needed and the access to the boat is a great added bonus. The area is quiet and relaxing. Stores are close by. Overall good experience

A friend recommended Joyce's home and it was certainly worth it!!! The shared space was not an issue; in fact it was fantastic! Joyce gave us the insiders tips on local places to see and things to do. She was available but not "around" all the time. The house was as comfortable, with large spaces to relax in, as if at home, and we felt at home. The sun-drenched Florida Room and her orchids are amazing! And the pool was clean and our pool access was very private. Joyce is a wonderful host and we are already telling other friends about her suggestions for local farmers markets and places to see. The price was very fair and the host was amazingly friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We will definitely go back!!!

Great location. We were able to easily walk to the beach from here. House was built to give maximum privacy to a large number of people. Our family had a great vacation.

We loved this house! Everything about it was perfect, and Laynie was a wonderful host. We can’t wait to stay again soon!
