We 100% recommend the place. We felt very comfortable. Louisa and her family are great hosts. The location was just perfect for us. Supermarket, restaurants and the train station were within walking distance. We will definitely be happy to come back.

Our family of 4 adults and 2 children had a lovely 5 days staying here and highly recommend it! The home is modern, comfortable and equipped with everything we could have wanted. There were games and books, and a small yard,(with balls!) for the kids to play. It is a short pleasant walk to the train and then easy access to all of Paris. It was really nice to return here after a long day of sightseeing. There are several grocery stores and restaurants nearby. We took several walks around the neighborhood at night and felt very safe. We all enjoyed staying here. Celine is very responsive, usually answering in minutes!

The place is very cozy and clean. The host was very nice, there was no problem to leave the luggage earlier and check out later. We even got pastries! I highly recommend it ;)

we had a pleasant stay, everything was perfect... the accommodation is in a very quiet area, my girlfriend and I liked it. Discretion of the hosts, but also very responsive to questions. I would come back because it's very close to Lyon train station and with the metro it's great. I highly recommend it...👌✌️✌️

Very comfortable & well-appointed space. The bedroom & bathroom are slightly seperated from the living room which was useful. Just across the street from the Bois de Vincennes which is a very large park with lakes, rowboats, islands, restaurants, a horse-track & much more. There is also a cute local park on the other side. A short walk to a main street with restaurants etc , and just bit further to the metro. It's not quite Paris but has good access to Paris. There are buses that go into Paris even closer than the metro. Virginie, her husband & their incredibly cute dog, Purple, are very welcoming & thoughtful, helped us carry our suitcases up the stairs. (It's not handicap accesible). All in all, we had a very pleasant stay.

A simply magical weekend! The kids were amazed from start to finish, just like us. We celebrated my spouse's birthday as a family around a barbecue, in a perfect setting to create beautiful memories. Everything went wonderfully, and this stay will remain etched in our memories. A real treat for all ages! I recommend this place without a second thought. Very responsive and super friendly host :)

I really enjoyed this accommodation in a bucolic setting, the bathroom is very functional, the living room with the bed is comfortable, no noise and possibility to have breakfast on the terrace surrounded by greenery Coffee, tea, herbal tea available, I didn't eat on site for lunch and dinner I recommend

I had a wonderful stay in Xavier 's appartment, which is situated in a quiet area, with metro line 8 just 5 mins walk, and also close to the parc de Vincennes and its beautiful lake and walking trails. Xavier is a proactive and thoughtful host, making sure everything was ready when I arrived. I felt welcome from the start. The apartment is well equipped, the bed is very comfortable and the internet connection was excellent, perfect for teaching my online lessons on Zoom. There is plenty of storage place for clothes. The bathroom is spotless and modern too. With the metro (A special mention to the boulangerie Fred next to the station 🌟)...I could travel everywhere to central Paris, to Gare du Nord and beyond, to enjoy some of the wonderful exhibitions, shows, historic monuments and stunning gardens Paris boasts. All in all, a perfect experience. 💫 I look forward to coming back soon!

Excellent communication, very friendly hosts. The accommodation is in perfect condition, very clean and in a quiet environment.

We had a lovely stay at this nice and relaxing place. It doesn't just look like the photos but is even better: honestly when I got home I was surprised that it was even more beautiful. The jacuzzi is excellent, the decoration too and the place is quiet which adds a plus. In addition, the television equipment allows you to watch series or movies in an immersive way, which is incredible. If I had to find negative points in order to remain objective, I would say that the price is still expensive (a little more than €300 per night) even if it remains roughly in the price of other listings that can be found: making it a little cheaper would be really interesting. Finally, the check-in and check-out times are quite strict (5pm/11am) especially for late sleepers because it forces you to wake up (especially on vacation) and prevents you from having lunch there (although the accommodation must be ready for the next guests. In short, it's an excellent place to stay

A very nice modern apartment with modern furnishings! The small garden is perfect for breakfast before going on an exploration tour! Good connection to bus and train, shopping can be done nearby! We found the time wonderful! Thanks!

we stayed 5 days, and the host was always attentive and concerned about our stay. The place is comfortable and modern, very clean, the neighborhood is very quiet. The Liberte metro station allowed us to move around the city. If we go back to Paris, we would definitely recommend Steven.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Benoit’s beautiful apartment. Very comfortable and tastefully decorated with a balcony, bath and well equipped kitchen. The apartment block is very quiet and in a nice non-touristy neighbourhood. Very convenient for the metro. Benoit was a great host. We would highly recommend for those wishing to have a proper French experience away from the busy tourist spots.

Great place for a small family. You can easily get grocery operate the location and cook your own delicacies. The Franprix opposite the location closes at 9pm. Great experience. Transportation: Walkable train station, easy access to Notre Dame and the Eiffel

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

Hervé's place is ideal for a stay in Paris. It is 5-10 minutes from the metro (line 8) which makes it possible to get to different places in Paris. The apartment is functional and peaceful. Gino welcomed us perfectly and gave us clear guidelines. The parking space in a secure underground garage is a real plus. We would recommend this listing.

The location is a little outside the centre of Paris but that is, in some ways, a positive rather than a negative. The Liberté Metro station is just outside the main entrance and will take you anywhere in the Greater Paris area you want to get to. Maria was a good host, communicative and honest.
