We had a fantastic stay. The house was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were super comfortable, and we really appreciated the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The location was perfect—close to public transport, great local cafés, and everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was excellent. Host was friendly, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free Thank you again for a wonderful experience!

This Abby is fabulous, a lovely apartment with lots of space internally and no end of the items you would expect to find. All the bedding is of the highest quality and very comfortable. Externally the garden space is a very pleasant area to sit and relax in, secure for your dogs, safe and easy to clean. I would highly recommend this Abnb to anyone and all. Very comfortable & well-appointed space. The bedroom & bathroom are slightly seperated from the living room which was useful. Just across the street from the Bois de Vincennes which is a very large park with lakes, rowboats, islands, restaurants, a horse-track & much more. There is also a cute local park on the other side. A short walk to a main street with restaurants etc , and just bit further to the metro. It's not quite Paris but has good access to Paris. There are buses that go into Paris even closer than the metro. Virginie, her husband & their incredibly cute dog, Purple, are very welcoming & thoughtful, helped us carry our suitcases up the stairs. (It's not handicap accesible). All in all, we had a very pleasant stay.

Matches the listing. We enjoyed the terrace thanks to the good weather. It takes a little concentration to get the car out of the fairly narrow parking lot, the rest was very good

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. It's so tempting to not give this place the review it deserves because I want it to be available for all my future visits to Paris, but Anne & Jean-Luc absolutely deserve all the accolades. This apartment is the quintessential Parisienne apartment you always imagined living it. Tucked away and quite but convenient to everything you want to see. Well appointed including decor imbued with family and building history but without feeling fragile or cluttered. Anne was incredibly responsive and accommodating. She offered luggage storage and provided her own family items to make sure my toddler felt at home. We truly felt at home, and my group regularly proclaimed it our favorite AirBNB we'd ever stayed at--we're already looking forward to future stays here. Thank you, Anne & Jean-Luc for the magical experience.

House well suited to groups because there are lots of rooms , which is nice. The neighborhood is quiet and there are a few shops nearby which is very nice. We had a great time at Olivier's

A simply magical weekend! The kids were amazed from start to finish, just like us. We celebrated my spouse's birthday as a family around a barbecue, in a perfect setting to create beautiful memories. Everything went wonderfully, and this stay will remain etched in our memories. A real treat for all ages! I recommend this place without a second thought. Very responsive and super friendly host :)

A real gem! Everything is absolutely perfect: the location, the service, the layout, the cleanliness… As soon as you arrive at Bianca, you feel like you're stepping out of time. It's a magical break. Cécile is exceptional: even without being on site, she remains incredibly attentive, available and of rare kindness. I had read the reviews, but honestly, it's hard to describe as the experience is so unique. It's a really special place, and it's just amazing.

I stayed one night at this listing. To begin with, it is very functional, very well arranged and very clean. In addition, I was able to leave my car in the parking lot for the duration of my trip. In the morning Carmelo took me to the airport and even offered to pick me up for a more than reasonable price. It was superb and the host is very kind and helpful

If you're looking for an authentic Parisian apartment experience that is elegant and comfortable - this is the place. City balcony on the front and the windows in the back open onto a park setting (ruins of a medieval gladiator area!) with trees and birds singing.

Charlie was an incredible host. Her place was charming with the most beautiful view of the Sacre-Couer. We found the bed exceptionally comfortable and it was nice to have a good hair dryer available. If you like style and a want a magical experience in Paris, stay here. We loved it!

The place is great for a family wishing to visit Paris. A few steps from the metro and Gare de Lyon, it's very convenient! The neighborhood is very lively, but remains quiet in the evening for sleeping. This is the ideal location! Thanks
