Notre petite maison à 2 pas de la gare est parfaite pour petits et grands voyageurs. Equipée comme une grande, il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour un bon séjour. Chez nous, pas de superflu, juste un lieu tranquille restauré avec goût et simplicité : un accueil sincère, discret et respectueux dans un endroit paisible. Le coeur historique d'Angoulême, la Cité Internationale de la BD, et le paisible fleuve Charente vous tendent les bras. Alors, une petite halte chez nous, çà vous tente ? Nous OUI.

Lovely cosy cottage for one or two set on our little French farm in the beautiful and peaceful North Dordogne countryside. The cottage is nestled in 30 acres of fields and woodland where you can watch our many animals pottering around enjoying their sunny French retirement! We are halfway between the pretty villages of Mialet and Saint-Jory-de-Chalais which are well serviced with shops, bars, restaurants and boulangeries. Both villages are less than 5 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot.

Le logement est à 1km de la Charente et 5km des commerces et d'une plage amenagee (chateauneuf)

F1 entièrement rénové en décembre 2017, à côté de la maison , composé d'une chambre, d' une salle de bains ( douche, lavabo), d'un wc, d'un espace commun avec canapé BZ, coin cuisine et repas, frigo, plaque... grand terrain, piscine... près de la Charente, randonnée, église romane du 11ème.. Pour la saison estivale ( juillet août) notre location n'est pas adaptée aux longs séjours de vacances, c'est pourquoi nous ne donnerons pas suite aux demandes supérieures à 4 nuitées.

La Petite Chouette - Pretty gîte in rural setting.

Very well presented cozy detached gîte, with character and gorgeous views across the countryside of the Périgord National Park. A perfect retreat amongst the wildlife, ideally located midway between Limoges and Angoulême and close to the Leisure Lakes of The Charente/Haute-Vienne. Les Salles-Lavauguyon with a friendly welcoming bar ran by locals is only a few minutes walk away. The châteaux of La Rochefoucauld, Rochechouart and Montbron are just a short drive away.
