Our unique former water reserve in the grounds of our C18 wine chateau has been lovingly transformed into a 32m2 off-grid bed and breakfast suite with a king bed, shower room/toilet, private terrace and equipped outdoor kitchen. Guests can enjoy all of our other facilities including our stunning heated pool and grounds. Not suitable for children, pets or those with reduced mobility.

You will find 2 cottages, 1 of which is perfect for two people. 180 x 200 king size bed. Beautiful fully-equipped living room. Walk-in shower. Large west-facing terrace, with garden furniture and dining table. Direct access to the large heated pool in season. Bathrobes and towels will accompany you to the spa (jacuzzi and sauna). Mountain bikes available.

La Ferme en Tuiles, is a cottage wich is a part of the old farm. It has its own entrance and garden. There is a well-equipped kitchen, a living room with sofa bed, a beautiful bathroom and a sleeping loft. There is a wood and oil stove, the heating costs are in addition to the rental price. Wood and/or oil are for sale from us or in the hardware store. The cottage is suitable for a maximum of 3 people. The area is ideal for people who love peace, nature, culture and good food.

Our large estate of 4 cottages classified 3 stars in furnished tourist properties surrounded by hillsides and forests is located in Champagne and Fontaine, in a splendid relaxing countryside. Comfortable cottage offers a relaxing stay for the whole family: swimming pool and its beach with sunbeds, large spaces with playgrounds + games rooms with ball pool, bikes. And in autumn comes the popular mushroom season in our area! Relax in a quiet and serene environment.

The Bumbles Cabin on the Lake

Our beautiful cosy cabin has been recently built to enable our guests to enjoy our stunning lake and relaxing surroundings. It is totally private and the perfect place to relax. If you would like to fish, the lake is fully stocked with fantastic fish up to 35kg, fishing costs 12€ per 24hrs and equipment is available to hire for 12€ as well if required. A BBQ, firepit, and a pool (June-September) ensure that your stay will be idyllic in this picturesque setting.

In a protected, hilly and wooded environment of Charente Limousine, traditional Charentaise house, fully restored, located in a one-hectare park. Large 50 m2 family room. Large stone terrace shaded by a stone pine. Wood-burning stove in the living room. Located on the edge of the village with direct access to the paths. Ideal setting for athletes and/or families who want to enjoy nature and animals: Horses, sheep, chickens are present on the property.
