Small private island located between Angoulême and Cognac, on the "La Flow vélo" bike path, in the immediate vicinity of the pretty Bain des Dames beach. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Many activities on site: swimming pool, kayaks and bicycles, large games room: billiards, table tennis, foosball, darts, board games, toys for children, books, comics... The island is also home to a forest garden, making it a true oasis for biodiversity!

Welcome to Domaine Réole, a renovated 18th century Charentais house, nestled in a 7-hectare natural park planted with vines and woods. The independent family cottage of 70 m² (ideal for a family/couple with children) is fully equipped, has 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen open to a large bright living room. You can freely enjoy the park, the pond and the pool area located on the edge of the woods (swimming pool from June to September).

Equipped with a high-end 3-seater jacuzzi and a swimming pool (open from June to September), our accommodation will also seduce you with its 2 bedrooms with very good quality bedding and its living room with TV including Netflix. The sofa is convertible, it will offer you an extra bed for 2 people. Our house also has a Wi-Fi connection and a dedicated office space, ideal for teleworking. In our country house, just 12 minutes from Angoulême, we invite you to stay in the 50 m2 private apartment that we had furnished for our children, recently completely renovated, equipped and carefully decorated. 2 bedrooms, 1 living room/kitchen with sofa bed and 1 shower room/toilet. From June to September, free access to the terrace and heated pool as well as a private outdoor dining/shaded relaxation area. Up to 6 guests.
