Magical landscaping and outdoor areas. The property is absolutely stunning. Our casita, a 2 bedroom and 2 bath, was everything you would expect from the photos. In addition, the kitchen was very well stocked with kitchen utensils, so if you like to cook then you'll have everything you need. Justo had great restaurant recommendations and he was very helpful.

This is the third time I've stayed at this location. Regina and her brother and father are all great and very accommodating and nice. The location works very well for me and it's also one of the only places I've found in Ajijic with a soft bed! My only complaint is that the hot water is very unreliable, especially in the shower. Also the water flow itself in the shower gets bigger and smaller seemingly for no reason. Maybe I'm just not doing something right, but I haven't figured out how to make it work consistently. I've adapted though, and look forward to staying at this casita.

Valerie takes care of every detail, from the outdoor shower, armchair and hammock by the pool, speakers, climate, wifi, the kitchen with everything you need and the bar on the terrace equally equipped, in addition to the view I loved every place I saw, beautiful to spend time with family

Everything is great, they should just leave or warn you to take raid because there are many scorpions and spiders (obviously it's normal for the hill) but to take precautions.

We really enjoyed our stay at Claudia's house, she and her husband were great hosts. We received the house in impeccable condition, everything was very clean, I have no complaints about anything. They also allowed us to bring our 5 dogs and they were the happiest. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

The apartment is beautiful, it has everything you need to have an amazing time, very clean. I liked the location. The only thing is that the pool is freezing, it's not used to the fullest, but there is a jacuzzi that helped balance it out because there were almost no people. When all the apartments are occupied, I hope they put heating in the pool to take advantage of it.

Juan Manuel's Place was great for the price I paid; it definitely has all the necessities you need for a comfortable stay. If you're looking to have more amenities, I suggest doing more research. The place is clean, the bed is comfortable, and the location is near the Malecon and an Oxxo, which is a convenience store literally at the corner of that street.

Well furnished. Great location. Extremely comfortable & roomy . Loved the patio breeze & sunshine filtered through the shades . Peaceful & tranquil atmosphere. Enjoyed the homey touches throughout. Although I didn’t need to contact host I felt she was available by comments sent . We enjoyed the popcorn & chips she left for us to snack on . Would definitely recommend & return

I enjoyed the stay at Maria's house; everything was very clean and the house was quiet; I got everything I needed, and comunication with her, was easy. check in and out, was a breeze. I felt calm in a cozy space for the whole week. Maria is a great person with a beautiful heart, as well as her husband and kids. I will come back!!!

The apartment is spacious, well situated, and beautifully decorated. The artwork is representative of Ajijic's artistic community, and the furnishings are comfortable and attractive. We enjoyed cool breezes and the sounds of birds singing. I needed an early check-in and this was accomplished with ease. A personal greeting and tour of the house made me feel right at home. The beds were comfortable, linens and towels fresh, and the bathrooms were beautiful with excellent plumbing and walk-in showers. The location, half a block from the malecon, could not have been any better. We walked safely day and night to restaurants, shops, and the plaza principal. This place is beautiful and the hosts are kind and hospitable. I hope it is available for my next trip to Ajiiic.

A pleasant and private place, with good views, a quiet atmosphere, heated pools, a spacious and equipped room and parking inside the premises, in addition the staff is always attentive and friendly.

It is a very good place, the depas are new and you feel comfortable. The beds are super comfortable, bathrooms very well and a kitchen that has everything. In the mornings it is some hot but already in the night it refreshes and the fan is not necessary. Very communicative host, even the rate seemed small for the good place and good attention.

We loved the apartment, it's much nicer than what you see in the photos and the living room is super comfortable Everything smells delicious The only bad thing was the cold pool and that there was no hot water in the apartment's bathrooms But everything was great

Very nice accommodation and everything incredible, the only detail I saw, is that it is when you enter the street where the accommodation is located, there is a very large cap, my car is very low, so both on arrival and leaving but very ugly, however if you take a truck or a tall car, you are not going to have this problem, from there in addition, incredible, quiet, clean and very nice

2nd time staying at Liliana’s listing. It was just as amazing as the first time. Lots of neighboring businesses and a quick walk to the main plaza. Felt right at home❤️
