Condo vacation rentals in Chantepec

We had a relaxing few days. The apartment is spacious and well located. Lourdes was always attentive to my questions.

A very nice place, with everything you need to cook (grill, oven, microwave, refrigerator, blender). If you want to eat out, there are restaurants nearby (by car). If you need simple things, there is a Guadalajara pharmacy. Very clean and well-kept common areas. A quiet place to go for a walk and enjoy its green areas, courts, pool.

The place is spacious, ventilated, clean, downtown and Ajijic is great. The host and his collaborator Laura are excellent

Israel is an excellent host, the place is super clean and he always responds quickly and effectively. Laura is super friendly. I will definitely come back to this place... highly recommended!!!

It is a very good place, the depas are new and you feel comfortable. The beds are super comfortable, bathrooms very well and a kitchen that has everything. In the mornings it is some hot but already in the night it refreshes and the fan is not necessary. Very communicative host, even the rate seemed small for the good place and good attention.

Comfortable, nice, clean apartment with good lighting

Very nice accommodation and everything incredible, the only detail I saw, is that it is when you enter the street where the accommodation is located, there is a very large cap, my car is very low, so both on arrival and leaving but very ugly, however if you take a truck or a tall car, you are not going to have this problem, from there in addition, incredible, quiet, clean and very nice

The place is amazing: very nice, modern, spotlessly clean and with a super accessible location. Everything was perfectly prepared and you can see the care in every detail. The directions were very clear and the host was exceptional: attentive, friendly and always available. We definitely hope to be back soon!

Sergio and his team are very nice, kind, cordial and attentive people. We have had the opportunity to stay with them in different accommodations and it is always a very pleasant experience. For us, it is guaranteed quality, the places are very complete, clean, among other things. If you have the opportunity to stay with them, do not hesitate.

Excellent place. All facilities are new and spotless. Romy, an excellent co-host, was aware of our questions and resolved each of them. Immediate attention and always very kind, we will definitely be back.

We had a really comfortable and relaxing weekend! They provided us with clear directions and wonderful contacts to make our stay even better! It's a plus that they have towels and basic personal hygiene items so you don't have to carry so much! An extremely comfortable space to spend great moments with the family. You really feel at home with excellent attention from Carolina, who was always attentive. The pool area is very comfortable and you feel in an open and free space just a few steps from the apartment.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jesus's condo. He was a very gracious host who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed to make us comfortable for our extended stay.
