Magical landscaping and outdoor areas. The property is absolutely stunning. Our casita, a 2 bedroom and 2 bath, was everything you would expect from the photos. In addition, the kitchen was very well stocked with kitchen utensils, so if you like to cook then you'll have everything you need. Justo had great restaurant recommendations and he was very helpful.

This is the third time I've stayed at this location. Regina and her brother and father are all great and very accommodating and nice. The location works very well for me and it's also one of the only places I've found in Ajijic with a soft bed! My only complaint is that the hot water is very unreliable, especially in the shower. Also the water flow itself in the shower gets bigger and smaller seemingly for no reason. Maybe I'm just not doing something right, but I haven't figured out how to make it work consistently. I've adapted though, and look forward to staying at this casita.

Valerie cuida cada detalle, desde la ducha al aire libre, sillón y amaca junto a la alberca, bocinas, clima, wifi, la cocina con todo lo necesario y la barra en la terraza igualmente equipada, además a la vista me encantó cada lugar que vi, hermoso para pasar un tiempo en familia

Todo está genial, solo deberían dejar o avisar que se lleven raid porque hay muchos alacranes y arañas (obvio es normal pro el cerro) pero para tomar precaución.

Disfrutamos mucho la estancia en casa de Claudia, ella y su esposo fueron grandes anfitriones. La casa la recibimos impecable, todo muy limpio, no tengo ninguna queja de nada. Además nos permitieron llevar a nuestros 5 perros y ellos fueron los más felices. MUCHAS GRACIAS.

Todo excelente en el depa de Tony, fue para mi hijo que estaba en unas prácticas en Chapala, lugar agradable y céntrico para moverse para cualquier lado.

El departamento está hermoso, tiene lo necesario para pasarla increíble, muy limpio. La ubicación me gustó. Lo único la alberca está helada, no se aprovecha al 100, pero hay un jacuzzi que ayudó a equilibrar porque no había casi gente. Cuando estén todos los departamentos habitados ojalá pongan calefacción en la alberca para aprovecharla.

Juan Manuel's Place was great for the price I paid; it definitely has all the necessities you need for a comfortable stay. If you're looking to have more amenities, I suggest doing more research. The place is clean, the bed is comfortable, and the location is near the Malecon and an Oxxo, which is a convenience store literally at the corner of that street.

Lugar agradable para descansar, a pocas cuadras de la plaza, lo que ayudó a no mover el carro ya que la el tráfico se concentra en esa zona para acceder al lago

Well furnished. Great location. Extremely comfortable & roomy . Loved the patio breeze & sunshine filtered through the shades . Peaceful & tranquil atmosphere. Enjoyed the homey touches throughout. Although I didn’t need to contact host I felt she was available by comments sent . We enjoyed the popcorn & chips she left for us to snack on . Would definitely recommend & return

I enjoyed the stay at Maria's house; everything was very clean and the house was quiet; I got everything I needed, and comunication with her, was easy. check in and out, was a breeze. I felt calm in a cozy space for the whole week. Maria is a great person with a beautiful heart, as well as her husband and kids. I will come back!!!

The apartment is spacious, well situated, and beautifully decorated. The artwork is representative of Ajijic's artistic community, and the furnishings are comfortable and attractive. We enjoyed cool breezes and the sounds of birds singing. I needed an early check-in and this was accomplished with ease. A personal greeting and tour of the house made me feel right at home. The beds were comfortable, linens and towels fresh, and the bathrooms were beautiful with excellent plumbing and walk-in showers. The location, half a block from the malecon, could not have been any better. We walked safely day and night to restaurants, shops, and the plaza principal. This place is beautiful and the hosts are kind and hospitable. I hope it is available for my next trip to Ajiiic.

Un sitio agradable y privado, con buenas vistas, ambiente tranquilo, albercas con temperatura, habitacion espaciosa y equipada y estacionamiento dentro de las instalaciones, ademas el personal siempre atento y amable.

Israel es un excelente anfitrión , el lugar súper limpio y siempre respondiendo con rapidez y eficaz. Laura súper amigable. Definitivamente volveré a este lugar … muuuuuuuuuy recomendable!!!

Es un muy buen lugar, los depas son nuevos y te sientes cómodo. Las camas súper cómodas, baños muy bien y una cocina que tiene de todo. En las mañanas hace algo de calor pero ya en la noche refresca y no es necesario ni el ventilador. El anfitrión muy comunicativo, hasta la tarifa me pareció poca por el buen lugar y la buena atención.

El anfitrión siempre al pendiente de cada detalle de nosotros, atento a solucionar lo que nos faltara, el lugar agusto. Si volvería a hospedarme

Nos encantó el departamento, es mucho más lindo de lo que se ve en fotos y la sala es súper cómoda Todo huele muy rico Lo único malo fue lo frío de la alberca y que no había agua caliente en los baños del departamento Pero todo estuvo genial

Muy bonito el alojamiento y todo increíble, el único detalle que vi, es que es al entrar a la calle donde se encuentra el alojamiento, hay un tope muy grande, mi carro es muy bajito, por lo que tanto al llegar como irme pero muy feo, sin embargo, si llevas camioneta o carro alto, no vas a tener este problema, de ahí en más, increíble, tranquilo, limpio y muy agradable

Nuestra estancia en el alojamiento de Carmen fue de lo mejor. La mejor de las bienvenidas Liliana nos atendió y tanto ella como sus papás nos hicierin sentir como en casa todo el tiempo, "Están en su casa" nos decían. La casa tiene una decoración mexicana clasica, pero de muy buen gusto, en cuanto a limpieza,todo estaba impecable, las camas super cómodas. En las fotos no se aprecia, pero tiene una terraza tipo roof garden con vista al lago imperdible, el mercado municipal y la plaza central a escasas cuadras, todo a la mano. Mi familia y yo disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia, sin duda regresariamos.
